This is a reminder why i love UA-cam. Something as simple and profound as this video is benevolently wading in an ocean of data, happy to be discovered.
Powerful routine to start your day with. I love the way is is performed, with strength and focus yet also with softness. The beautiful scenery only adds up to the truly uplifting impact this video has om me. 🙏 Master Bing

Beautiful. I come out of Mantak Chia; to supplement I've been studying brocades by other masters. It is heartening to observe how "same same but different" the various demonstrations.
Mantak Chia rocks! I love that guy. We are so lucky to get all the teachings from great masters without leaving our abode. Just think thousands of years ago we will be standing in a long line of others wishing to learn from the master and doing all domestic jobs to please them???
This is now the exercise for my son and myself. He is only five but he love imitating me when I'm lifting weights. I know he is going to try and copy me doing this, Awesome
Thankyou for sharing this beautiful video and demonstration... it is so calming and informative too... I really appreciate that I was drawn to find you.... and thankyou so much for your guidance Master... : )
THIS IS WONDERFUL...I am sharing three versions of the Brocades in my class in Oregon. Your version is always the favorite. We enjoy your artistic interpretation...
This is the single most perfect video/demo of the eight brocades I have seen. Not because I know what perfect is, but because it's so honest...modest...right...real.
Thank you so much for this video! Would like to understand the sounds behind it! Magic happened...my six year old totally got into his space while listening to this as i was making the routine...he sew a bag on his on just ...
well, this is the finest version of this exercise that I have seen, must work on these movements...I do not look nearly as sophisticated while doing it :D
truly profound movement especially in drawing the bow. could you tell us what is the music please, and could you explain in a related video the internal process a little bit even if it is necessary for sure to have a teacher? thank you
This is a beautiful and peaceful Qigong routine! #3 Your arms extend until your elbows are straight. For #8, your knees remain straight and stiff as you drop all your weight through feet. Would this cause injury overtime? Would it be safer and easier for Qi to flow if joints remain soft and slightly bent. Thank you for sharing!
Very nice, ba duan jin is my favourite form of chi gong, i wonder what's the original version....especially in the fists, i've seen some versions with fast punches ...
nikos t welcome to the world of Chinese gong fu. Hundreds of offshoots from one source. Don't even try to find the original just absorb and eventually stick to what works for you

Are you sure you don't mean, "we will always have Paris"(we'll always have Paris!"): We'll is a contraction for we will.
Nicely put
your English has a lot of difficult words.
for none English speaker.
at least for me.
The most beautiful 8 Brocades representation out of the hundreds I've seen on UA-cam
I love this! I feel so good doing this and the music is so peaceful... and the sailboat floating by reminds me to let the thoughts just drift.
Powerful routine to start your day with. I love the way is is performed, with strength and focus yet also with softness. The beautiful scenery only adds up to the truly uplifting impact this video has om me. 🙏 Master Bing

THIS IS WONDERFUL...I am sharing three versions of the Brocades in my class in Oregon. Your version is always the favorite. We enjoy your artistic interpretation...
Why three versions?
There are no artistic interpretations in Qigong, only end goal changes the type of movements.
So what goal is here. I am puzzled as I see different versions of this and wondering why they are fifferent
Very nice...the sailboat came at a perfect time!
My thought also!
Maravilha. Me identifiquei. Quero aprender!!

Каждый мастер делает по своему!
I subscribed to your channel it is wonderful 🙏
This is a poetry
Wonderful. Does this is meant to be practiced in mirror to the master or to exactly as he does? I mean the directions and its order on movements.
Великолепно.

I would like to know aswell. Have you gain more knowledge?
In any Qigong you never want to force any movement. Keep the joints soft and slightly bent if necessary.
Inspired and started
