I’ve seen a newer Honda Accord on a lift for maintenance work at a shop that had long parallel scrapes on the underbody from the side which also flattened the exhaust and cat. Mechanic said it was a rebuild and these were telltale signs from a forklift

The sub frame dent could be from the loader when they picked it up
Need to get the bigger screen for the radio in that mustang you can get from American Muscle. I did it for my son's 2018 Mustang so he had a bigger screen for backing up

Did anyone else notice that there were 2 valve stems each wheel? One on the outside and one on the backside of rum. Never saw that before.

Reverse mount wheels 😢
I had to do that to a set of rims. The pressure sensors would not mount in the location for the original valve stems. I had to drill the backside of the rims to mount the sensors.
It’s so you can purge the wheel with nitrogen or inflate with a gauge attached. Usually meant for racing.
Congratulations and great to see you back. I fixed a theft car 10 yrs ago. Bet it hit spike strips and kept going. The wheels got hot and disintegrated and got the ole PIT maneuver. Sucks it got the front subframe.

Looking at those cheap wheels I know where all my Hot Wheels I had got turned into in China now. Hey, I just wanted to say it's good to see some decent grown up content from Tennessee. No "test rips" with blocks of wood to replace wheels, no thinking that just because an exhaust is obnoxiously loud it's better. Looking forward to seeing this build and great to see the old Mustang once again, it's starting to grow on me.

Congratulations on the wedding. One thing that has me concerned is the rear axles may have been slightly bent. Have seen the after effects of either jumping or hard impact, typical give away would be squeaking from the rear when going slow.
I feel like this car did a Dukes of Hazzard style jump and all fours wheels smashed when it landed 😂

After seeing what Ben did with the Goonz TrackHawk this will be nothing for him.
In cases where the lock nut is rounded on the outside, I use a multi spline socket that's just slightly bigger than the locknut head and a hammer it over. It cuts threads on the outside and comes off easy. Works every time

Can’t wait to see the repair on the frame machine
Nice to see you pick up something with a little less destruction, a quick repair and easy flip.. but blimey what did they do to those wheels.... you should tap up AL13 for a new set.
This is the first thing I pay attention at is an upper frame of the towers on a mustang, and I notest it on 5min 42sec on your video. Probably it is a weak part of mustangs. If it's performance pack with strut bar and undercarriage damage, the upper frame always looks good, and tower stay stiffer on its place. So it is smart if you put ford performance strut bar on a car!
