@@BradtheBuilder ‘if’ They don’t already know then the first time, maybe second, their friends talk about you with admiration- they will.
Later in life, we’ll after you’ve attained Hero status, they’re gonna brag x low key x boast/brag about you.
First time watch for your channel, I let the commercials play and scroll comments throwing likes. Found this comment and your reply - don’t know a thing about your channel yet. But I’m coming back for more.

Brad, I'm extremely impressed by this video. I'm sure that if I were to win the Lottery, I'd definitely ask for your services and have you construct a Large Underground Concrete Bunker for Myself and My Family. I'm also impressed by your personal demeanor. Your A Class Act! Keep Up The Good Work! 👍

Thanks Kevin!
Brad is Bob the builder 👷♂️ 🤣 keep up the great work Brad 👏
This channel is awesome! Production, editing, content is all fire. Can't wait for more.
I would make the suggestion of making video Playlist for each of your projects so once you get multiple projects going at once ppl can watch a project start to finish without looking for videos. Obviously not an issue at the moment but something to think about
That’s an excellent point, I appreciate the input and we will work on that!
I love the excitement in the videos. I can definitely tell that Brad's passion is building houses.
Brad you're a natural at this, great video.
I like the positive attitudes. Keep up the good work
It's nice having a different perspective on construction
WOW! Fishing with Flair! All the hard work of playing outside paying off. Great job Brad.
Really enjoying your channel. Very impressive build. Can’t wait for the next video.

I love what u do been building all my life
I love seeing the flair builds. Flairs the best
Doing a very good job with the channel!
I love how there's two different channels with different points of view it's crazy how much work your putting into Andrew's build. Every little piece of effort that u put into the build is so much help for flairs channel
Love your channel, Brad! You are a pro at this as well as home design and building.
I laughed so hard at you getting all the rig drivers to blow the horn. When I was a kid, I grew up in the prairies (Saskatchewan) and often times the railroad would run parallel to the highways. I'm going to date myself here with this message... This is way back before seatbelts were a thing, etc. We had a station wagon that we would literally hop the seat into the back, play games (like board games) and then hop back to have lunch or whatever in the backseat. Often we would go to drive-ins or even just driving at night, my parents would bring pillows and blankets or sleeping bags and we'd stretch out in the back, haha. Anyways, when we would be on the highway and a train would be running beside us, we would roll down the windows (literally... roll the windows down), hang ourselves out (to shoulders only - any further wasn't safe!) and do the tugging motion you did for the train engineers to blow the horns. We'd do the same for semis, though of course we wouldn't need to hang out the window. Most of the time the rig driver, train conductor/engineer guys would do it. My parents literally had a little notebook in the glove box and would keep score of who got the most horns over the summer, haha.
I hadn't thought of that in 20+ years, Brad. Like I said, I'm dating myself, but it was a lot of fun!
Great job on the projects - house, bardominium/shop, etc. You really are a talented guy!
Heather 🇨🇦
Those were the good old days! We would do the same thing on road trips as kids. From the backseat we would try our best to get the truck drivers to Blow the Horn. We learned this from our Dad who used to drive semi full of Pigs in his younger years. Good old fashion fun!!🤠
You should make more videos dude. I like flairs videos but the builder process would be cool to.
We need more people like Brad!
Brad the builder, he can build it
Created a theme song for Brad
good video content, Brad the Builder. wish you great success with the new UA-cam channel .
Love how you are showing an appreciation and importance of the labour market. I hope that your channel reaches out and lights some fires under some young guns to get into trade careers! - from an Employment Consultant all the way in NZ 🙏
I hope so too! we need young people getting into the construction industry.
They can make a lot of money if they’re serious about working
Idk who's doing the editing but it's great and the drone shots and arrows pointing stuff out are great.
Also don't let flair go to crazy with his cabin project.
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate what you said about the hardworking men that make these operations possible. Your one hell of a guy Brad
I wish I could have you build me a house in Wyoming!
Wyoming doesn't exist
This is my new favorite channel! Awesome content.
Great stuff keep it coming!
Doing awesome behind the camera Brad! Keep it up.
Another cool update on Flair's place.
He seems like a cool guy.
Must be cool to do what you do.
That place is going to be awesome.
Hope your channel blows up.
Looks like flair is in good hands the guy is very confident love that being a business man myself
Brad you seem like you’ve been doing UA-cam/tv for years! You’re a natural and this channel is better than any home building/renovation show on tv
Crazy! So much content it feels like I’ve invested an hour in viewing this video. LOVE THIS CONTENT!!
This channel is the perfect example of how expansion to new places for a youtuber WORKS.
Love the props for the workers and truck drivers. Those are the people that make it happen.
These hard working people are the back bone of America👍
Mr. Brad. I'm so impressed how you make peoples dreams come true. Awesome sir. Also to the editor: Great job!!
Glad to see you make this channel! Seeing you and your knowledge on flairs videos made me think, if this guy had a channel I'd watch his stuff! Keep up the good work!!
Thanks! I hope you do stick around for more videos.

It’s going to be fun to watching it take shape! It will be very cool once it’s completed.
Brad is living proof that your hair may be grey but kids never really grow up, the toys just get bigger. Does that thing have a horn?
Love it Brad. Can’t wait for the next one

The man the myth the legend
Good job Brad. Love how you include everybody in the video. Seems like you been doing this forever.. crank these videos out
Thanks for watching and your kind words! I’ve been doing it all my adult life approximately 35 years… i’m not sure how that can be because I feel like I’m 38 years old🤠
brad i love the videos man keep it up. your personality just makes it all!!
So many people, specially ich people dont appreciate the hard working people doing labor work. It's the stuff we NEED, not want. I thank y'all for building our world ❤️
Thanks 👍
Brad keep up the great work, I love all the different prospectives.
Job number 1 make sure Andrew Flair is 100% satisfied!! And everything will fall into place!!
Have been wanting to create something similar here in Connecticut. The primary purpose however is a bit different: This would be used as a winter shelter just in case the "Milankovitch cycles" pan out to be true. Great Vid, thanks for the insights!
I hope it helped… Feel free to reach out to me with any questions
The fishin' lure business is obviously pretty good right now, and being a popular UA-camr doesn't hurt. Flair has all kinds of projects going on. Good job on his house, I'd be thrilled to live in the bunker. I can't imagine what the house will be like. If I lived out there I'd be bugging you for a job. Need a good painter that can read a tape, run saws and speak Spanish fluently? I have years of experience painting FL condos and mansions. And I lived in Central America for a long time.
love thse vids ur engery is dope
Such a natural in front of the camera. I love that your giving great information things are happening
Love brad
My favorite part of building a house is evaluating the land, setting up the driveway, clearing the lot, just everything about the upfit of the property. I enjoy the whole thing from begining to end but that is my favorite part.
Lee, it sounds like you have a good eye for building a home! You’re right, the very first part is getting a feel for the land and where the views are so you can start designing the home to fit the lot! 👍🎺
@@BradtheBuilder It is so crucial to get it right at the begining, and so many things to take into consideration when setting the lot/house up. As you well know.
Theres ya first meme Brad,
And or t-shirt, picture of truck tipped over, carnage everywhere, brad asking "you got a horn on that thing?"
So excited for Flair!! I know your the guy to do it right!! Love it!!
Love this just found this channel yesterday
I definitely enjoy these videos you started making Brad. It’s pretty cool how you take the time out of everything to show or point at things you’re talking about from deferent perspectives. You’re definitely doing great job and now kinda wish you started doing videos way before this ahaha.
Thanks Adam… I wish I had started sooner too! Hopefully we will catch up🤠
Brad and his horn obsession lol LOVE IT. Does your air boat have a horn my guy?!
Love your videos!!!
Love the vids keep up the good work that house looks nice and im sure all of your other builds look amazing to.

Amazing product. Hard to believe it can span such a large distance and still be strong enough to support cars/trucks…. Great video Brad….
Brad has gotten so good in the little bit of time that he's been doing UA-cam. And you're doing a great job documenting flairs house build
Thanks! 🤠

Loving the different perspectives on vids between you and flairs. excellent video brad, your gonna blow up on UA-cam, much love from the uk
Great video! I really appreciate how you give all these hard workers the credit they deserve. Respect!
Great job!!!👊🏻 Brad you were saying about those guys placing the slabs how precise they were but don't forget you designed it and everyone is doing their job to what their skills are. Designing, building, etc. Stay Safe & God Bless!!
This is gonna be an awesome house!
wow really enjoyed your video Brad
I miss the days of building. Best wishes.
Thanks!👍. When you get time, please check out the other ones and let me know what you think.??
Love the conent, keep it up. You're going places man.
Brad you are doing a get job at explaining what is going on at the build site. I love that Brad asks all of the truck drivers to blow the horn on the big trucks.
I'm always so impressed with large American houses. We don't build houses like this out in the middle of nowhere in Chechnya. This must have cost many 💰💰💰
We have lots of land available in Nebraska but the closer you are to the city the more the land costs go up. This land is valued at $25,000 per Acre
