Thank was so nice Rachel, thank you. I don't have arthritis, but do struggle with very stiff, tight joints after my medically induced menopause was sprung on me, what joy! That session felt like a nice comforting hug 🥰. I have subscribed to your channel, and shall really look forward to your new joint friendly sessions..👍🙏👍🙏 Thank you again Rachel 🥰 Best wishes Claire ❤
@@CS-le3ki Hi Claire, I’m sorry to hear that you struggle with stiff joints, I can certainly relate. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed this session and that you have subscribed. I have a new JF session on its way! Have a lovely weekend Claire! 🥰
I can confirm as an inflexible arthritis suffererer that this is a nice gentle session tailored to people like myself. Most YT videos claiming to address arthritis start with the instructor sitting in cross legged/ lotus position and leading to other impractical asanas which is an immediate turn off for me. Thanks for this and good luck. Subscribed.
@@lewiscray9052 Thank you for watching and subscribing Lewis. I am so pleased to hear that you found the video useful. As someone with rheumatoid arthritis myself, I try my best to create session that can accommodate others. Keep an eye out as I have more joint friendly flows coming soon. Have a great day.
