What I know about Terrence n his wife is that they r just middle people not the sellers or anything all they do my understanding is to assist people in their area with marketing their property unless they have changed that but I. Their videos Terrence inmediets views r know that he is just helping out the sellers with marketing on you tube n he says he’s no real estate agent

@@c.gonzalez3115 You are correct. That is the IMPRESSION they give. They do in fact sell direct. Elizabeth, who is the kingpin has taken a course in real estate selling, but does not have a licence. A few people have come to grief using them. I posted the comment to warn people, especially westerners new to the Philippines. There are many way to con an unsuspecting buyer in the Philippines.
