I would recommend using a 3 axis gimbal/stablizer for filming these type of house walkthroughs to make footage smoother/less jerky and easier to watch (less dizzy) and notice the property details. Shopping for a house to buy from abroad to purchase - these property videos are so much more effective compared to their listing on property websites where lack of photos and details make it harder to get a sense if it fits our needs.

I would advise doing a ground sweep video so that potential buyers can see what they are getting.
