What in the world! An acoustic just isn’t supposed to be able to do any of that!! There has to be some matter and anti-matter involved here somewhere...or dilithium crystals. He is just beyond words!,

I agree with all the above. Too bad you can't see the firemen off-screen that were there just in case that guitar suffered internal combustion !
Naw....he only broke the neck of the 12-string during this performance......And it wasn't even his 12-string :-)
Played almost entirely with eyes closed. It just looks like he is watching his finger placement, but he has no need to!
On that day, SRV couldn't be touched by any other guitarist on the planet. Just ask Joe Satriani if you need clarification...
SRV tops Joe Satriani any day in my opinion.
SRV was a better guitarist clean and sober……
