    Very good ideas to get a better nights sleep. Yes, I got a memory foam topper but also a wedge pie shape fir head & shoulders, cooler bedroom, going to bed around the same time ane big one No electronics prior to bed.

      Hey Marilyn… Thanks so much for watching and adding your tips. Yes I forgot to mention. I have a foam wedgy pillow that helps my head from rolling off the deep end and waking up with a pain in my neck the next morning. ;-) Kudos to you for the electronics span before bed. That’s probably the most difficult thing for me and I’m guessing a lot of other folks. Hope you are doing well!

      @@EllenJaffeJonesSarasota I'm 12 days post op total Reverse Shoulder Replacement. In other words, my shoulder socket is now the Shoulder ball and my shoulder ball is my socket. Doing real well, I had 2 full thickness tears. Hardly any pain, in fact pain is less than prior to surgery. Guess it helps being active. I walk, rude my bike & exercise bike, Salsa Aerobics and line dancing.
