The Hydraulic hose used is a 3/4 inch inside diameter SAE 100R2 AT Two-Wire non-skive hose rated to 3100 PSI working pressure and a temperature rating of -40 to plus 120 degrees Celcius.
Field fit reusable fittings used are 3/4 inch BSPT male on one end and 3/4 inch BSPP female hose tail with two-wire bodies. The finished assembled length is to be 1440 mm.
This is one of the first videos we ever made for our channel.
It is a quick and speedy DIY hydraulic hose repair and or assembly video, but it does have a few safety issues, a few corners cut and important points missed.
Please work carefully during the removal, preparation, & assembly of Hydraulic Hoses. Before removal of the hose check the work area very carefully & make sure that hazards such as heavy loads supported by pressurised oil inside the hose are either lowered to the ground, adequately supported or chained up. Death or severe injury can result if you miss this check. Hot Sparks will be generated when cutting the steel wire reinforced hose with an angle grinder, keep flammable items away from the work area, wear appropriate protective clothing & equipment and keep the work area clear of potential trip hazards
Also please be aware that after any hydraulic hose assembly and before connecting the new hose assembly to your hydraulic system blast or flush the hose clean with compressed air and preferably push a foam projectile or two through the hose.
This will prevent any contamination created during the cutting and assembly process from entering and possibly damaging sensitive hydraulic components.

I have reviewed your web page. I turned all the prices from Australian Dollar to Turkish Lira. I found the prices very expensive. I think you should import from Turkey. There are many hydraulic equipment manufacturers here. I am sure you can increase your income by delivering much cheaper products to your consumer. Best regards.

Hello There thanks for the message
I believe we had a long meeting year ago in Gold Coast Australia.
      Is that correct?

Never mind the grinder swarf from the steel reinforcement and abrasive disc, nor the burnt rubber which also collects inside the line after cutting. That's the customer's problem, ey!?

Yeah, not an ideal video for teaching all the safety and quality assurance aspects of hose making Scott, it was our very first video attempt and it was very quick and rough, that is why we made a second version, it is much more detailed,
please check it out and let us know what you think, you can watch it here ua-cam.com/video/JndOT3qvhM4/v-deo.html

Hello Habib, we get many phone calls and emails every day from machine operators that have had a piece of hydraulic equipment stop working or start leaking oil. Why do you ask?

It was our first video and we were so nervous because it was an entirely new experience being on camera baring it all. Luckily our director had a very calming presence and talked us through everything and made us feel really comfortable despite the awkwardness of certain compromising positions. In the end it turned out to be very liberating and we feel so much more confident. We enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to make more videos and we plan to add some Closed Captions to this one sometime in the near future. Why do you ask? ;)

DIY on how to be killed or maimed when the hose fails. No thanks. I'd rather not have 2k psi of 200F oil blasted into my body.

Engineering Materials and Technology in hose and fittings continues to advance, as long as you follow correct assembly proceedures and ensure pressures and temperatures are within acceptable product design limits you will be Okay. This was a short 2 min video the full 12 minute video tutorial is here, ua-cam.com/video/JndOT3qvhM4/v-deo.html.
