    Thank you for making this short meditation. I am using it in my weekly check in hour with pregnant women during lockdown to help them benefit from releasing tension. It's a lovely accessible body scan which I recommend to everyone.

    Very nice! I am teaching 6-8th grade students who exhibit emotional disturbances and we learning about meditation as a coping mechanism. You have a calming voice and the visualizations are nice. Thank you for providing this! =) Mr. Clark

    it is ok but the music is louder than your voice .. i would like it better without the music
