      I have loved using basti and yoga since 1995 for constipation, detoxing, beauty, fitness, health, wellness, disease, illness, sickness, pain management, and weight management.

      @@ENEMA_AND_YOGA_CHANNEL Definitely. But this are Yoga practices that shouldn’t be teach online. Shatkarmas need to be learn in the presence of a Teacher. That’s why I don’t explore them in this videos. 🤗🫶🏼

      I have been a serious practicing yogi since 1995 when I started doing Hatha yoga basti kriya and Hatha yoga.
