    This is how I make Kanji Probiotic rich drink at home -
    Wash the beetroot thoroughly and peel it. Slice it thinly or grate it using a coarse grater.
    In a clean, non-reactive glass jar (like a mason jar), combine the sliced beetroot, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and salt.
    Pour the filtered water into the jar, ensuring everything is submerged.
    If using any optional ingredients, add them now.
    Close the jar tightly with a lid and leave it in a cool, dark place for at least 3-4 days, or until the mixture ferments and develops a slightly tangy flavor. You might see some bubbles forming, which is a good sign of fermentation.
    Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids. You can discard the solids or compost them.
    kanji is ready to enjoy! Store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
    kefir is considered an excellent source of probiotics.

    My grandfather is 85 and can't walk without any support like me holding him , so its very difficult for him to even go to bathroom and his body shivers and bones always produces rubbing sounds in joints feels that the joint fluild has decreased , all of this has created extreme weakness
    He is taking several medicines and even the doctors are saying that they can't do anything further as this is just because of aging
    So should I add Protein , creatine and collagen for his bone and muscle health , and what should be the right amount of water if he consumes these 3 things, and on your advises what can be done for his betterment , please share some of your priceless advises , I really respect you sir and how much water should be good enough as he has constipation also

    Hello brother your videos are very informative I fully support you and thank you for making such informative videos.
    My question is i have ibs issue but it’s not certain sometimes I have constipation sometimes leaky gut and completely stomach clean nhi hota morning me sometimes bhaar ka khane se dikkat hojati h and sometimes bina bhaar ka khaye bhi dikkat hojati h so on your recommendation I have ordered carbaminde forte and bacteria ki strains bhi research kari mene toh I came to the conclusion ki it has a lot of different strains it would be the best for short term use so please tell me ki short term use k liye yeh theek h ya nahi ya fir aapki kuch aur recommendation ho toh please tell me.
    I have recently joined the gym so that’s why mujhe ab food digest properly Karna padega otherwise I will not be able to build muscle ulta bimaar hojauga.
    Boiled eggs se bhi dikkat hojati h sometimes mujhe agar zyada kha lu toh 1-2 eggs kha lu tou nahi hoti ab gym k liye I need more protein toh isi liye i have ordered it please aap kuch bataye agar change karna ho ya kuch bhi suggestion aap dedo

      Hello, Thanks for your feedback and support.. i'm not a doctor but I will give you some general advice which should help you ..but make sure you personally check with doctor also if your problem is serious .. Before starting this probiotic supplement make sure your fix your lifestyle first as I must have advised in this video .. else any probiotic supplement will not help .. Next time try some other brand except Carbamide .. ( dont ask me the reason ) .. Have it this time if you have bought .. All the issue you raised , how are your sure you are facing these issues ? Stick to regular meal times and avoid skipping meals, as irregular eating patterns can worsen IBS symptoms.
      Gradually increase your intake of soluble fiber-rich foods
      Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated
      Practice stress-reduction techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga .. Try it

    पहले में सिर्फ दो वैरी हैवी मील्स लेता था और उसमे ओवरईटिंग हो जाती थी, लेकिन अब में पुरे दिन में हर तीन घंटे में स्मॉल मील्स मील लेता हु , जब से मैंने हर तीन घंटे में स्मॉल मील लेना शरू किया है तब से मेरी पेट से जुडी सब परेशानी दूर हो गयी है, IBS की प्रॉब्लम भी दूर हो गयी है, PROBIOTIC सप्लीमेंट लेने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ी

      No I dont , but you know the reason why ? There is a hospital in Mumbai for Cancer by Tata .. its very famous and we are lucky to have it .. individuals with limited financial resources gets cancer treatment there .. once they finish their treatment , they start their daily routine and they dont eat any organics things but general things that we get but they still live healthy for long .. because they do lots of physical activity .. work that involve real physical movements.. Every ones body is different .. So Organic is good if you can affors but not essential I fell .. I have tried Organics stuff from Amazon and quality is good and I can see the difference in products..

      Hello, For Probiotic I dont use any supplement and depend on Natural food only .. This is because I dont have any digestive issues and my gu health is good .. so the idea is to use supplement only when you have some digestive issues .. One of my friend use Unived Flora as he had difficulty digesting Whey protein which is made from milk .. he did got good results .. thanks

    Would it be a good idea to consume 1 litre milk (35g )after morning workout , and 1 litre ( 35g )at night at 8 as I consume dinner at 5 , and eat 500g (20g) dahi after lunch and adding 200g (40g) paneer in breakfast
    Total protein = 130
    Please guide

      Hello . I can share some general information which might help you , but note that I'm not a doctor ..
      In general, the recommended daily protein intake for adults is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight... but this can vary depending on factors like activity level, age, and health conditions.
      now milk, dahi, and paneer are good sources of protein but
      consuming 2 liters of milk daily is not a typical or necessary part of a balanced diet for most adults. milk is a traditional nutritious drink that provides essential nutrients like calcium, protein, and others, it's important to consider moderation.. Also quality of Milk in India is questionable .. mostly its adulterated .. 130 grams protein is good to have if you are physically active and do exercised daily. hope this information helps in making your decision , thanks

      Magnesium plays a role in various bodily functions, including digestion and nutrient absorption. From what I have researched there is NO specific evidence that magnesium supplements directly address issues related to a missing gallbladder.

I can't mention specific brand here.when you buy supplements always check other ingredients and don't use if contain magnesium stearate as a fillers. Strat taking low dose if work fine then slowly slowly increase the dose.thank you

    This info was much needed. Thank you so much Sir. I highly appreciate your work. Sir I need your advice. Naturaltein triple strength fish oil is out of stock from couple of months. They have come up with single strength fish oil. I checked as you always mention in ur videos, there is class 2 preservative in it. Can i go ahead and purchase this product or I shouldn't. From what I know - Dry yeast typically used in baking is inactive, meaning it's not alive and doesn't contain the live bacteria found in probiotic supplements or fermented foods.
