IBS and ulcers, ulcerative colitis me atleast 3 month lena chahiye. Lekin iske sath sath fry food ,fast food ,chillis, milk avoid karna padega . Am getting good result from HAPPIBIOTIC 45 mg capsules. And taking this from last 2 month . My stomach pain completely gone .

बहुत अच्छी वीडियो है ध्यान से सुनने लायक है गौर करने लायक है तभी वीडियो समझ में आती है एक बात और पता लगी कि ज्यादा एंटीबायोटिक जब आदमी लेता है तब उसे यह कैप्सूल या गोली खानी चाहिए मैं आपसे जानना चाहता हूं मैंने 25 दिन करीब स्ट्राइड 10mg और 5mg लिया है दांत की एक नस में इंफेक्शन है अभी आरसीटी कराई थी जो अभी अधूरी है इंफेक्शन है वह पता नहीं किस कारण से अभी तक दूर नहीं हो रहा डॉक्टर कहते हैं आप वायु रोग वाले पदार्थ मत खाइए और आपने अचार वाली बात कही है कि उसमें अचार में बायोटिक बैक्टीरिया होते हैं दही चावल अचार गोभी मूली अरबी भिंडी यह सब हमें कह दिया कि आपकी आवाजों कारक अगर पदार्थ आओगे तो इंफेक्शन आपका जल्दी से जाने वाला नहीं है अब उन्होंने एक दूसरे के डॉक्टर है उन्होंने हमें ऑगमेंटिन 625mg और हमें तीन बार लेनी है दिन में ,देखते हैं क्या रिजल्ट निकलता है दांत की आरसीटी अधूरी है इसलिए एक नस के अंदर सिर्फ इंफेक्शन है बाकी दो ठीक है
Prebiotic capsules खाने के बारे मे जो आप ने जानकारी दी है सुनकर अच्छा लगा है हमे Indigestion की समस्या है जिसकी वजह से loose motion होता है जिसके लिए हम prebiotic capsule का इस्तेमाल करते है शुरू शुरू मे तो लाभ नही मिला है लेकिन लगभग दो महिना बाद कुछ लाभ मिलना शुरू हुआ है।आप के सुझाव के अनुसार दही ,छाछ का इस्तेमाल नियमित करता हुॅ।इससे बेहतर और कोई बचाव, इलाज है तो कृपया जानकारी चाहुगा।
