  • If we are making the "RIGHT" decision, then should it always feel good and "right"?
I'm here to debunk this misconception in this video.
Are you moving into a deeper commitment with your partner? Maybe you're getting engaged, moving in together, having a baby, getting married, or even having TALKS about big transitions.
Instead of feeling ONLY overjoyed, ecstatic, and happy, you're starting to notice feelings of fear, grief, anxiety, and even doubt creeping in and asking for your attention.
Maybe you're noticing obsessive thoughts getting louder with more ROCD and Relationship Anxiety.
Are these "normal"? And what do these mean about you and your partner?
Disclaimer: As always, we are NEVER talking about abusive relationships and/or narcissistic relationships - we are speaking for people in secure relationships and couples who are willing to grow out of dysfunctional patterns

This is exactly what I needed to hear today. My partner and I of 5 years moved in together in November and I keep thinking I should only feel happiness and excitement and romantic type feelings. When in reality I've felt a lot of anxiety, and doubt, and confusion about our relationship. Thank for you normalizing this and making me and so many others feel not so alone!

ME TOO. IT HAS BEEN ONE WEEK, I am unable to eat normally. I go back to my own place. Hope it can go away, but still here. How did you let that feeling go away?

This channel honestly saved me. I was going through the most intense spiral of my life and had no clue what was happening. Seeing this channel was what introduced me to the possibility of OCD and I was indeed diagnosed with OCD about a month and a half ago and am getting treatment. Thank you so much!

Love this❤️ I notice those scary thoughts and feelings come up too, especially around death! Agreed we must be more compassionate to our whole being!

thank you for this video! I am about to move, on my own, but there is so much fear and doubt coming up, it feels exactly the same as relationship anxiety. It is crazy, once you see that transitions come with that and bring up so many emotions. No matter what kind of transition/change. Thank you for your work❤🙏

Such an important topic! I often feel pressure from around me to feel a certain way about things and I startet to expect it from myself too. I am finally learning to accept that I dont need to be happy all the time and that its important to be sad sometimes, even though something great is happening. Its weird, but I feel better and happier, if I can be sad too.

Perfect timing. My partner and I are likely moving into a new place together soon, and I’ve been feeling anxious about it.

Same here, altho I love him deeply and want nothing more but to fall asleep in his arms and wake up to his smile everyday. A year later, how is it going for you ?

Do you have a video explanation rocd to a person's partner? A video that helps a person's partner to better understand.

Could you speak on ROCD being triggered during times of argument and irritation with your partner? I’ve been agitated lately and not sure if it’s because I’ve been coming off birth control but he’s so sweet to me and I’m just annoyed constantly

    • @freshliving4199

Argue, irritated, annoying are all signs of anger.
You basically trying to impose your will on other people.
Off course your boyfriend is sweet to you, how else can he get what he wants from you.
You would not be able to impose your will on a real man so you need the sweet types.
Your issue is indirectly the birth control.
Directly it’s the anger that leads you to the wrong relationship with everything and everyone.
Drop the anger and these issues will melt away.

Do not listen to the person who commented. She is looking too much in what you said. Birth control has an effect on our hormones..plain and simple. You do need to give your mind and body time to adjust.
That other person is implying that a "real" man cannot be nice, which is disgusting.

Can you still feel doubt and fear when you know Love?

    • @conkesoo
      @conkesoo Рік тому +1

      Yes?Why not?
Having Doubts and fear is human, you can also feel fear and doubt with your friends, partners, parents and even childs.
Unless you’re in a abusive relationship,it is totally normal.
