0:22 (it also depends on how many fps you put in settings) for example if you want the animation to be smoother but go slow, youd add more fps so you can draw the frames closer together but still have a smoother process

Recommended 20 fps - 30 fps for smooth animation (have to draw lot of frames, but hold the "+" button which you create new frames to make it easier)

Im new to animating and i just do it really to just have fun and learning new things is fun and it's even more fun if you did it by yourself and gradually getting better just by learning from others.
Im not talented at drawing/animating but i try to get better, it's just sometimes even if you're not talented at something then be good at that thing it's better then being bad at it.
