this was my exact reaction, i was on 7FPS... i think i need to start over
I animate 12 frames per sevons
kyles durians Since I’m kinda lazy I use 16 fps for lip sync, without lip sync I use 12-14 fps
I animate 24 frames per second and it could take a while, but it’s not hard
It took me 35 minutes to animate “Yeah”.

this is a great tutorial!
another thing i’d recommend (depending on how you want the lipsync to look) is instead of doing an in-between like shown in this video, you could copy the mouth to another frame and use the lasso tool to make the mouth longer vertically. it’ll help make a smooth and less choppy transition to the next mouth shape! but there are different styles of lip syncing, and the way shown in this video works too!

Cloudy flower I have actually taught myself to lip sync by following my mouth movements for like 2 years its very common for people too start with looking at there mouth movements for practice.
In used to do that
