I’m finally just getting back into animation because when I was moving to animations it was so hard! But I’ve got a little animation goin’- I think it’s a 5/10
Great tutorial but to make it look even better I recommend that you animate the turn to look more human like. Head turn first following the body twist etc.
1:06 If you want the selection size to be the same you can double tap the lasso tool icon and it automatically selects everything on that layer and frame! It's one of my favourite flipaclip hacks that I found accidentally and don't hear enough people talk about!
me watching him squish the character when movimg to roggt instesd of stretching which wastes the potential to make it feel more natural since facing towards the camera would make ur body a bit wider not tp mention: its important to have the eye, head and only then body to follow the direction to where theyre looking at as it just makes them look like a dead robot you first animate the eyes looking to the direction they wanna go, then the head and around halfway when turning head they move their body, mossibly moving a lil backwards from the direction theyre facing as if theyre mkving one of their legs and such yknoe
@@juliamilkisx4764 Nope! I animate there to. Granted I don't post all of them. And I'm not quite good at it. But I'm sure that many other people also use procreate!
procreate isn’t that good for animation like, videos. It is good for loop animations but not exactly things like animation memes or animated story times, it depends on what you make. I do recommend flipaclip though.
@@cran-grape I would use Flipsaclip. It’s just that I have a hard time adjusting to new drawing apps. (Happened with IbisPaintX and another animation app) And normally I just give up on them. I am actually making an animation with Procreate, though they are in different project files because if the layer restrictions..
I use flipaclip and one thing about the color pallet, if you mess up with the colors like you accidentally added the color twice. Don't worry just move on and pick a color to put on the pallet, and press and hold to update the color.
Oh, i checked on your channel, and yes, they are smooth. You style of animation is great. But i suggest to use the animation style: ease. Also animation styles: bounce and squash. They are my favorite styles. You should use them for different animations, like a bouncing ball or a falling thing
