Never did I say that it will be forced. It can still be voluntary with prisoners. However if it will improve the health of prisoners why not.
In real life patients are not selecting the treatment they prefer because there is no option. The only option given is always chemo then radiation.

Terminal cancer patients are being given a choice. Only chemo and radiation are being offered and to eat anything including carbohydrates. Anecdotal evidences have shown that Prof Seyfried protocol is effective far better than the standard onco guidelines.
