      Yeah! Thats why I got into pole and coaching on an embodied and energetic level as well!
      It is amazing what happens once you drop into your body, feel it and yourself again to then come out stronger and empowered - in line with your energetics.
      While being in the zone, working out or consciously breathing and sensually moving you allow the energies in form of emotion and awareness to flow again - these energies being your life force, your sexual powers! And without this nothing is possible. So yeah dance and pole and working and using the strength of your body also helps your mindset a lot!

      I know right, holding on to the pole definitely is not the easiest at all. You can do it!

    My hands are so clammy and I have 0 grip on my chrome pole as well as horrible upper body strength help please any tips?

      You can try liquid chalk or dry hands for your hands.
      Check out the workout & conditioning videos here on my channel - they will help with building upper body strength

    I always start to spin to one side during the split grip excercise which hurts the wrist and then I have to stop holding. Do you have any advice or is it normal for beginners and will come with the strength?
