Yeah! Thats why I got into pole and coaching on an embodied and energetic level as well! It is amazing what happens once you drop into your body, feel it and yourself again to then come out stronger and empowered - in line with your energetics. While being in the zone, working out or consciously breathing and sensually moving you allow the energies in form of emotion and awareness to flow again - these energies being your life force, your sexual powers! And without this nothing is possible. So yeah dance and pole and working and using the strength of your body also helps your mindset a lot! I always start to spin to one side during the split grip excercise which hurts the wrist and then I have to stop holding. Do you have any advice or is it normal for beginners and will come with the strength?

Ahh I know right! I love it so much as well. Unfortunately I lost it when I moved to cyprus 🥲 so i cannot look it up.
My hands are so clammy and I have 0 grip on my chrome pole as well as horrible upper body strength help please any tips?
