I myself as a non dancer with no previously experience find it super helpful to get these type of pointers than the “just do it” instructions I feel we sometimes are given. I used a lot of these in PT recovering from an injury. Obviously if somebody is injured they should follow doctor's orders, but I think it does that these exercises can be good for general flexibility and health.

I will add some of these to my shoulder routine. I am super inflexible. Think 45 degrees from where I need to be in most areas. 😅😅

Don’t know why she didn’t simply do a 10-15 minute routine. Even 30 min. The explanations aren’t necessary
