    Thank you Jemma for your videos. The fact that you take time to break down the moves (in all your videos) and to point out good pointers for us. I myself as a non dancer with no previously experience find it super helpful to get these type of pointers than the “just do it” instructions I feel we sometimes are given. I feel myself looking up your explanation after classes just so I can get that “ahaaaa” moment 😂 Anyway, love your videos. Please keep them coming because they help me so much and keep me motivated to keep going.

    hi!! i love your videos and you have helped me a lot since I started to do pole dance. i just wanted to know where i could buy a pole to place in my house. i can go to pole dance class only 1 day a week and i miss pole dancing so much during the other days!! you are such an amazing teacher, hope you answer soon

      I bought an x pole. I like it because it's the same pole the studio use

    I used a lot of these in PT recovering from an injury. Obviously if somebody is injured they should follow doctor's orders, but I think it does that these exercises can be good for general flexibility and health.

    I will add some of these to my shoulder routine. I am super inflexible. Think 45 degrees from where I need to be in most areas. 😅😅

    Don’t know why she didn’t simply do a 10-15 minute routine. Even 30 min. The explanations aren’t necessary
