Whenever Dimon's matchs are aired, I closed all of my CornHub tab only to watch UA-cam in 8k quality.
Blimey that fourth game, is very telling of how powerful the allied arsenal is. Always seems that no matter how low they are they can 360° it in a couple of moves.
In game no.2, I guess Dimon placed refinery and two docks in a doubtful location for a bait? By isolating DutchcArmy's air force from anti-air hyrdrofoil, Dimon might have more chance to eliminate them with massive numbers of Tengus.
By the way, thank you always upload new red alert 3 videos Syberts! :D The game is nostalgic for me because it's part of my childhood. Though I don't play it anymore, It's enjoyable to watch games done by excellent players. I like the style you broadcast! Hope you can keep doing.👍

Well played by both players and I've seen a lot of improvement from Dutch as well.
The Empire with those units that can switch between Land - Air are quite hard to counter. If that unit 'swarm' reaches a certain unit count it's pretty much game over.
Depends. You can catch them in a "22". The "Damned if you do, damned if you don't." scenario. A mecha tengu swarm is just asking to be IFV'ed as IFVs can hit both air and land (no need to transform, and still reasonably cheap) with decent damage (even better with Javs inside), but Mecha Tengus are shit against non-infantry ground units (or even Heavy Soviet Infantry, case in point: Tesla Trooper). This gets worse once you add both Apollos and Cryocopters to the mix. Do you fly up to deal with the Cryos only to get murdered by Apollos? Or you go down and avoid the Apollos but risk getting cryod? I've seen a mecha swarm (Tengus + Strikers) got beaten by an Allied player (C9Q9MD) with no units. He just spammed multigunner turrets and MCVs (literally base crawled). Then capping it off with a Proton Collider. Turns out, an Empire MCV goes down quickly when surrounded by 5 multigunner turrets. Without even a cryoshot.

It would be interesting to watch a RA3 tournament with no secret protocols. It may need to be enforced with a mod though.

How do you guys get RA3 in 60 fps? or is this just the video?
As much as I love a good 1v1 tournament series, it does get kind of stale given that it usually ends up being Dimon against Dutch, with occasional Pika and Andrey given the general lack of proper competitive players nowadays (if you don't include the Chinese community)
What happened in that second game was massive bait play that paid off

Edit: that Temple Prime match is absolutely amazing. Mad respect for DutchArmy for doing that.
The Cryo thing is sadly OP. No other nation has so splitsecond thing that flips the whole game. Or the Allied players are generally better. Still the very amusing games, thank you Sybert, Dimon and DutchArmy.

hey guys i just downloaded red alert 3 from steam after 9 years, made revora acc and all can play offline just fine but when going online i cant connect. hosts always kick me saying you have bad con in lobbu. do i need some update or what??

As someone who has only played red alert 2, I find cryocopters and their shrink to be pretty busted, which honestly makes me pretty bummed to watch games as I feel these units are just straight unfair, other than that cryo utility laser. I honestly want to enjoy these games more, and so I want to ask what's the majority or professional opinion regarding these units and mechanics?

Well it does take a bit of micro and skill to use especially en masse.
And the cryogeddon thing, it is tricky to use effectively as it does not deal damage directly.
I mean where from dimon that guy is just insane wtf is that humiliation

Þe point being made here: you can boþ read it as "Ura" wiþ little imagination to it.
I felt like improvising or else you could also say "ΗАζζεl" cannot be read as "hazzel" just because similar letters from different scripts have been used.
It's actually quite useful to do þis, as it trains your form recognition skill.

Probably unpopular opinion, I always felt ra3 tournaments would be kinda lame cause units in this game are a bit unbalanced and seems mostly like I was right
