That's wonderful! Your color mixing is beautiful. I discovered over years of painting the many rooms and trim in my homes with high quality acrylic paints that it took much longer to dry/harden than we are lead to believe. I confirmed it with paint store pros and finally with a vinyl chemist that it actually is hardened after 14 days and I later learned that acrylic artist say the same thing. Has anything changed in the last 10 or 15 years? Dry to the touch is quick but to avoid any chipping I'd leave a bag alone for 14 days before conditioning or using. I most definitely want to purchase the pain you recommend. Thanks for another great video.

Hi, I clean all my leather bags routinely with saddle soap. It cleans and conditions beautifully, often I pull the cloth inside out and wash carefully with soap and water. Wash like your hand washing fine lingerie! Bags will look almost new, it's worked wonderful for me. You can get saddle soap right at walmart near the shoe dept.

Hi! Nope! Once it’s completely dry it won’t rub off on clothes or skin. You can apply a finisher over it if you like, which they sell, and comes in different finishes like gloss, semi gloss, flat, etc.

Hi Elena! I can try! I don’t have any bags like that at the moment though. Do you know if your bag was always like that? Or if something was spilled? Some bags have a thick interfacing on the bottom to make it hold it’s shape, but it it’s supposed to be softer on the bottom, something might have spilled on the leather and caused it to get stiff. You can condition and massage it into the leather with your hands. A little heat with a hair dryer could help as well.
@@itsHadrian Thank you for taking time for me. My purse interfacing is broken. I think I have to open the material insaid the purse and after to put something hard on the bottom- but I dont know what maybe have a suggestion.

After you clean the area with the cadillac cleaner do you wash it off prior to painting the bag or just apply the paint over it ? itsHadrian it didn’t go well :( the bag had some stains but mostly they’re some larger darken area (not sure is it moulds?) and it’s difficult to clean with the coach cleaner so I washed the whole bag under water. Then the leather is showing creases now :(

I once cleaned a dark pink coach bag with soap and water and it removed some of the color and made it sticky, will this fix it ? I do have the leather lotion and I think it did help the bag but still have messed up spots.
Sounds like you did not rinse enough. It may still have soap residue on it???

Hi Hadrian, This is another beautiful bag rehab! I wanted to ask if you had any suggestions for tobacco smoke smell. I have purchased a few bags for rehab on ebay and one I am currently working on has strong odor. I have washed it inside and out twice, conditioned, used baking soda, dry packs, warm air, and charcoal packs. It is better, but we aren't there yet.. Currently I have the entire bag inside out (unlined) and am brushing it with a dry (clean) shoe-shine brush periodically. Any inspirations?

My Prada Lux Saffiano got mould due to rainy season and forgot to take her out from dust bag for some times, the colour is black make it so obvious.. looks so horror :(
I've cleaned it with soft brush and wipe it with a bit damp cloth, but the mould coming back again.. Could you advise me how to clean it? A millions thanks!
+Mk Ade hi! Omg. I know its unorthodox, but to kill the mold you'll probably need to use Clorox wipes. Luckily, it's safiano, so its a very forgiving leather. Allow it to dry to check and make sure the mold is completely gone. Then apply leather conditioner to restore the moisture to the leather from using the Clorox wipes. Hope this helps!

+Eneica M (eccogal) hi! That's a good question. I never use a sealer after because the paint is fine as is when it dries. Though angelus does sell different finishings you can put over the paint to give you a different finish. Naturally the paint dries and you get a semi gloss finish, but with the different angelus finishing products you can do glossy, matte, semi matte. It's really up to the finish you like.

+Mrs. MichelleLee hi! I totally see where you're coming from and is totally understandable you feel this way. There's a lot of different factors I take into consideration when pricing an item. It's condition, what it's made of, brand, how much work I put into fixing up the item, how old it is, and then I look at comparable items for sale or have sold and match condition, wear, age, color, and style. It may sound a little ridiculous, but many many people do the same thing. My prices are actually considerably lower than that. Usually even more than half of other resellers. I started this particular item off at 110, but if no one is purchasing I will lower the price more and more until someone believes in the worth of the item. I understand that a price I put on an item may seem arbitrary and ridiculous to some people, but it's the number I choose. The price tag on many items brand new may seem arbitrary to other people. It's pretty much in the eye of the beholder and the worth someone placed on an item. As for ripping people off, I'm not trying to hide anything. I've documented the entire process from start to finish giving you real prices in real time of when I encountered them. Then the process of fixing up the item and then the price I set it at. You may believe I'm "ripping someone off" but someone buying the item may believe they're getting a good deal. Again, the eye of the beholder. I'm sorry if my pricing practices offended you, but again, I'm not trying to "rip off" anyone. Not trying to be rude or anything with a long winded reply, lol, just trying to explain in detail why I priced this particular item the way I did. And the reason I make these videos isn't to try and sell anything, I'm just trying to share my knowledge with others so they can go out and purchase a wonderful pre-loved item of their own and be able to fix it up, and the information I give out is totally free ❤😊❤
