Thanks for sharing ! Everything you explained was on point especially the rubber band comparison . I just got my procedure yesterday. All the best to you
Thanks for the update, the only way is up from here! Seeing that we had similar hairlines (before your surgery), I'm guessing I also wouldn't need more than 3,000 grafts.
Thanks man! Yeah if our hairline is similar to mine, you might need around the same ballpark (2,500-3,000). But is also depends on you head shape and size. I have a broad face AKA big head lol.
They say that beauty is pain but I disagree. True beauty comes from within and it is painless. You are so well spoken and seem so sweet. I hope the process wasn't too phtsically painful for you...are you okay? Be blessed handsome.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words. There was some pain during the process but it was bearable. No pain anymore. Thanks again and stay blessed too!
They supply you with Finasteride but not minoxidil. They hair power kit I showed in the video has finasteride in it, along side other products. They have minoxidil for sale at the clinic but I think it’s better to just buy it on your own.
@@afrokoko6599 I just remember that the of cosmedica said he doesn't offer his patients finasteride because of the side effects now he's offering it...that's weird gd luck on your hair journey looking forward to the follow-up.💪🏽stay bless
Yeah I had to get some more because I started feeling a little pain. They definitely didn’t hurt at all because I already had a lot of anesthesia in me already.
Yes, PRP is included in the treatment. I was probably asleep when they gave it to me doing the transplant. The rest of the surgery (including PRP) is painless after the anesthesia.
Yes they definitely do. In my case, I did not need my temples done. There’s another UA-camr (Nomad Andrei) that went to the same clinic as me. He got his temples done.
Why did you choose cosmedica? Is there any specific reasons? I am asking cause my case is pretty similar to yours. Hair type, etc… Do you mind sharing how much they charge you? And how many graft you got?
The reason I chose them was a combination of their price, good results I saw online and conservative graft estimate. Other clinics I reach out to gave me a high graft estimate which I was not comfortable with. Hair type was a big factor too. I encourage you to do your own research before deciding which clinic to go to. Reach out to multiple clinics before deciding which one to go to. Hope this helps!
Yeah, they sprinkled a few grafts in the middle for added density. I noticed I was slightly thinning in the middle a little bit but didn’t really mind it. It’s shows a lot more when my hair is short.
They had a more conservative graft estimate and also saw pretty good results from them. Of course, there are so many options especially in Turkey. Definitely do your own research before picking a clinic
Did the procedure make you this handsome, or did you have that already going for you?
Great video - thanks for sharing your experiences. Please keep us posted on your recovery and growth. Thanks !!!

Thanks for sharing, It looks good so far
Nice !
Hey bro did you have to get more anesthesia shots during the procedure as it went on? if so did you feel them were they bad?
Yeah I had to get some more because I started feeling a little pain. They definitely didn’t hurt at all because I already had a lot of anesthesia in me already.
@@afrokoko6599 cool… did you go prp? Was it painful or not really
Yes, PRP is included in the treatment. I was probably asleep when they gave it to me doing the transplant. The rest of the surgery (including PRP) is painless after the anesthesia.
Is Cosmedica a hair mill or were you thier only patient that day? How involved was Dr. Arcar?
Doctor was not involved in the actual surgery. There were multiple people on the same day.
Do they do the temple areas? I've heard that the doctor does not always agree with performing this area.
Yes they definitely do. In my case, I did not need my temples done. There’s another UA-camr (Nomad Andrei) that went to the same clinic as me. He got his temples done.
@@afrokoko6599 ok, thank you so much for the information!
Hey. What size of derma roller did they give you? In mm. And how did they tell you to use it. Like frequency and how to use with minoxidil.
I have not started derma rolling yet. I think the one I have is 1.0. I take oral minoxidil now once a day 2.5mg
Nice video documentation.
Are u still happy with this?
Hi AfroKoko, looks like yours is recent, what s name of the clinic you went to? I am also planning on going there very soon. Maybe early next year

How much would one would need total for the Cosmetica trip including money for food , etc.. They're giving me 3000 grafts for 2570. Thanks 👍
I paid the same. Also hard about an extra $1,000 in cash with me just in case. Ended up spending less than $500
@@afrokoko6599 Preciate bro. That's crazy how less expensive it is than the U.S smh
watched your previous video. didnt look like you had to much hair loss. just some recession. looks like they added density to the middle ???

On your way bro 👊🏿

Hi, happy with results. My plan is October. Feedback for clinic? Thx 💪
They rejected me
Sorry about that, man. Did they give you a reason why they rejected you?
I just had mine done in Turkey, those injections especially at the front are a Bitch!!!
Lol yeah man! those weren’t fun. Hope your results turn out great!
@@afrokoko6599 yours too I will ad you on IG if your IG is up

About $2,600
What was the reason you picked this clinic? And did you have any other options?
