I think it is nice to say to buy na lang talaga nowadays lalo na sa mga busy na profession o taong naguumpisa pa lang sa career nila but can afford already. Medically related path ako and I can say wala talagang time for "headaches" you mentioned, so thanks for mentioning those. Sobrang big relief na isang tao and developer na lang ang kakausapin mo. People underestimate the "What you see is what you get" phrase. I'll go buy then hire a professional interior designer na lang for customization kung talagang kulang pa.

Mas practical pa rin mag build kaysa bumili outright ng bahay. Like in Cebu, bnew houses sobrang mahal 15M~18M maliliit lamang.

Good timing with this video - I am in the process of deciding between buying or building - a tiny house that it is. Great tips, thank you. I don't agree though that build is usually for big projects. The tiny house movement is growing in the Philippines and many are building them to save and to customize. Hope you can have more features on tiny house designing. (Your video on container houses was share a few times in a few tiny house online groups!) Keep up the good content!👌🏼👌🏼👏👏

Hindi lang yun, most houses to you can buy is inside a subdivision or village, tapos daming rules when it comes to renovations 🙄🙄 Super hassle.

Married people would have more needs of which single people wouldn't care as much. i also like the reaction videos you do back and forth with Architect Oliver Austria. Very healthy exchange and I get more tips from both of you. Overall both of you have great content and I really appreciate it. At least I could do better improvements to my house in the future and deal with architects and engineers better. Kudos

What you have said we’re all our experiences when constructing our home. Really stressful and even if you have your contract price, that’s not a guarantee that will be all of your expenses. You must have an extra ceiling for your budget in case of alterations on the plan which we’ve had experience. The only good side was, we have the house the way we want it done. Thank you. I enjoy watching your blog..I learned more.

You can actually see your soon to be house in Virtual Reality. You can go on a virtual tour, walk around the house and even move furniture. The CAD operator can model the furniture(from real life) into virtual space and place it in the house. Like those first person simulation games but with a custom built map that is your dream house. After I finish my engineering degree I want to do VR construction because it sounds very promising to address the the costs of revisions and get the client’s design finished before it is physically built. Since the design can be finalized in virtual space, I expect the actual building part to be swift.
if you have the budget, buying or building is still an issue.. You build if you have the time and want to have your dream house, from grahe to kusina.. you buy if you want to transfer right away and just want a house that can give you what you need even if it is not perfect at all.. yung okay nalang.. "A house that you feel will give you a home.."

Very informative video. We are planning to build our future dream house but after watching your video I think we need more time to think 😂 but we do really want our own design. Its just that on your video it will be easier and will be less of a headache if we will just buy. Aaaah this is hard.
