OH MY GOODNESS! If your debating about trying these just go for it! I just made them today and they turned out SUPER YUMMY with the best texture and it's true, they only take 5 minutes of waiting! I've had the square method of marshmallows but this method was better! And it was so fun to do I had such a blast! I could make any shape and size I wanted! Thank you for this amazing recipe!

I LOVE the idea of meringue style swirls! My oven is too hot to make meringues and my daughter's Birthday is coming up and she wants a giant cupcake cake with lots of meringues on top. I'm gonna ask her if I can make swirly light purple marshmallows instead. And I love that they set instantly!

Hullo, I'm coeliac so also can't have gluten. I haven't tried yet, but you can probably just substitute the regular flour in her recipes for gluten-free flour 😊
