Just installed mine 2018 crf250r absolutely love it just a quick question for anyone in here who may have had similar issue…my left side springs where the header goes into engine are not very tense actually somewhat loose. Is this an issue? I wasn’t sure how tight to make the two header bolts bc I felt like the flange was starting to bend as I tightened them more so I just stopped. They are on there good just not sure why one side the springs are taunt and the other a little loose when both are tightened to the same degree roughly.
Just putting a yoshi on mine, the studs are bent to fook... phoned up my dealer to buy new ones.. he said it hasn't been a problem 🤷♂️ now iv seen this.. how do you reckon there getting bent???

Looking at this video I’m wondering if it would fit the 450rl I tried the rd-12 but the 450r has an oval header not a circular one
What were the improvements over stock? Is it different without the inserts?
Did your stock 21 crf feel any different in power than your 20 crf stock?
How did you bend the stud up? Same thing with my 2020 same exact stud bent down

Just put them on mine and after watching a few videos of the studs bending i was a little worried but they luckily didn’t bend

Boyensen super cooler, make sure it’s got enoug coolant and check radiator fins to see if their bent
