Last year my 250 motor lasted the entire season. We replaced the piston after Southwick, but it still looked fine inside at that point. It's a pretty tame build. Nothing too exotic or crazy

How often are you replacing clutch plates on 250s in the Florida sand? I'm riding NC sand, and I'm really hard on the clutch on mine, not so much with a 450.
My hands are really long and thin, so if I leave them loose at all, they slide off my pinkie finger and bunch up under my palm which is super annoying.

What watch do you use for your heart rate while riding? And if it’s expensive do you know any cheap ones? I feel like the older I get my heart feels like it’s going to explode mid moto and I have to slow way down.
heart rate monitors can link to your phone but if your on a track you'll need one that can link to a watch, i wouldn't want to wear a watch when riding so if he tracks his heart beat he uses his watch and wears a chest mounted heart beat monitor, i have one for road bikes wahoo kickr.
For the sweeting you get in your helmet go checkout the S A company the make these face shield cloth type things I wear them because they help my ear phones stay in place while riding but the would also greatly help absorbing the sweat from you 👍

This is actually the "FuZion" line of bars from ProTaper which has a switch on the crossbar to lock and unlock it. When unlocked, it acts just like a fat bar and allows for flex whereas when you lock it, it gives more feedback into the handlebars. For suspension testing purposes, I like to lock the bars so that I can really get a feel for how to front forks are reacting over bumps, allowing me to really dial it in. Then I unlock the bars and it's even better!

Quinten fat bars have more sweep back it always seems like to me. Idk my personal favorite is the McGrath bend
