People will complain about a budget video not promoting organic. I don’t get the luxury of buying organic all the time. Sometimes (but very rarely) I luck out a d can get some organic frozen berries for my son. But most of the time I’m working on $75-$100 a week for groceries for my family of 3. And our “luxury” is we eat whole foods or minimally processed (sometimes processed depending on budget but we try hard not to) foods. So we can’t really eat organic on top. I appreciate this video. People will complain about organic but let’s be honest, you promote it 98% of the time. One video that’s budget friendly won’t kill people and will actually be beneficial for those who are working with a budget but want to learn how to eat healthier!
Organic produce is relatively cheap to grow. If planting a garden is something you may be interested in, go on some seed sites and do price comparisons to see if it'd be viable for you to just plant an organic garden vs buying from the store. Things like strawberries and blueberries are super cheap to grow.
Honestly you can get affordable organic veggies at Whole Foods. Buy their 365 brand. I’d rather spend a little more on organic & get good food than get cheap stuff. Also, not every fruit or veggies need to be organic.

Today, I went to the same steakhouse I’ve been taking my family to for the last 10 years. Normally, a small salad was included with the meal, but starting today, it wasn’t-so we ended up paying an extra $30. The steaks were lower quality and came in smaller portions. It’s frustrating to see what’s happening to businesses across America. If politicians like Kamala Harris start implementing higher taxes on restaurants, as she's proposing in her policies, more businesses might be forced to close. This could push us toward an economy where only the elites thrive, while the rest struggle, it’s called socialism. This is why I’m voting for Trump-he stands for protecting small businesses and keeping the American dream alive!

I’ve been burned by Walmart meat more times than I can count. Meat that isn’t near expiration is gray or even green. Prices aren’t that great. I would rather buy from Aldi. Cheaper and way better quality. I even found their frozen 1/4 burger patties to be a dollar cheaper than Walmart and they are actually red meat and smell like raw meat before cooking. I found that odd with the Walmart brand burgers. They were a very pale pink and didn’t smell like much of anything. When I cooked the meat. It oozed a pink ooze out of holes in the patty. My guess is that it’s the pink slime that is injected into the meat. There’s so much gunk to clean out of my pan afterwards. Aldi burgers have almost nothing left behind comparatively.

Why does chicken and meat packaging leak so much? Because if I picked up a container that was leaking I would not purchase it.
It's Walmart. I have never experienced leaking chicken packages at other grocery stores. My father is a retired butcher and he told our family never to buy meat at Walmart.
Hi Bobby
What do you think about Caster oil? Which is the best?
I was at Walmart in Tulsa and bought the same picked up a package the chicken thighs before I saw this video. My package had chicken chicken juice on it too😒
🆘️❗️Bad advice. I got extremely sick from something beef that had four days left. Do not do what he said. By all means throw it back.
@BobbyParrish, I usually find pork to be the most economical protein to purchase. I usually buy pork tenderloin, but I'll also buy the half loin and occasionally a shoulder roast. You didn't include pork in this video, so is there something I should be aware of as far as your feelings about pork? I'm relatively new to your channel, so I apologize if I should already know how you feel about pork.
This is a good question! I never noticed that until now.
Mr. Bobby, thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)

Which brands are air chilled or what stores sell that organic ?
Luckily tariffs ended from 2018 and GREEDFLATION from covid is going away. That's why prices are finally coming down. 💙
Eat 2x a day. Easily affordable to eat healthy and be in good shape. Love your videos! 💙💪💙
Gloves would save the day
I work at a Walmart and as employees we look for the stickers
Keep u the great videos! My Sam’s and Walmart sell the breast cheaper than thighs, Yeap, crazy!
Sams and walmart also have a reputation for the lowest quality with the highest amount of chemicals. Please do your own research
Thanks for the tips!!

Interesting, I cannot find grass fed meat at our Walmart, except for ground meat.
