      100% True, Einstein sucked at the highest levels of math (algebraic topology geometry etc) but mogged everyone in 1. Imagination 2. Visualization and creativity
      He would legit imagine sitting on a photon and observing another photon and came upon an entirely new physical paradigm (relativity) by mindsetmogging them mfers

    The biggest piece of lifting advice I can give to anyone is that even the bad workouts are good. Sometimes you go in and the mindset is not there, the warmups feel weird, you're tired from work, but just the fact that you showed up and did it is crucial. On the other side of the coin, sometimes the best workouts you'll have are when you drag your sorry bones in even when you really don't want to.

I was pissed off and unfocused. Today I went in KNOWING I was going to dominate that same weight and got 5 sets of 5, new PR. IT’S A MINDSET!!! Thank you for inspiring me, HORSELORD RICK

    TLDR; The Mindset works!
    I realized I was stronger than I thought when I decided to find the biggest rock I could lift into my truck recently. When I got it home, I measured it, figured out the rock composition, and got a rough estimate on it's weight. Turns out the absolute lowball is 330lbs (150kg) for that beast, but it's probably closer to 360lbs. The only way I was able to lift that was the Sticky Ricky Mindset ™️ and the stone lifting tutorial from the Stoltmans. So thank you, sir, for your part in my personal record 🫡

    • @archsys307
      @archsys307 8 місяців тому +1

      Because you can only weigh the rocks at home, you can only weigh the rocks you can lift. There's something deep about that

    Sticky Ric droppin the straight truth.
    I plateaued on bench for a while, then hit a bout of the old depression and lost quite a bit as motivation dissolved. Tried to work back to my normal bench and got tired of the increments, because I was plateauing below where I was before. I felt I could do more, I wanted to get past, I slapped another 20 on and pushed. I failed. I rested for 10 minutes, got back in there and failed. I decided to come at it the next day, and hit that bench and got it.
    Since then, it's been a steady gain. It truly is a mindset. Your brain will hold you back on what your body is capable of if you're discouraged, if you're depressed, if you're down and out. Gotta get over those mental barriers and you can hit them PRs.

    This reminds me of that scientific study they did on mice. Where they dropped them in a cup of water and watched them tread the water for like an hour or so. When they saw the mouse give up they pulled them out. They waited another hour of rest then put them back in. This time the mouse swam for like NINE HOURS, because the mouse BELIEVED at any moment they would be saved. So the test was the power of belief.

Haven't trained for a few years but when my mind is good, energy is good, strength still there and physique still on point. Today,probably less than 2 months after I last tried it, I did 235 with relative ease. Inspiring stuff from Sticky Ricky. I am not a Math Rocket Surgeon either, but I do recognize a Horse Force when I see one. The Boogs is back, that's for certain.

    Eric, as a fan I subscribed, and like your videos. Sometimes I comment on your page with a witty remark or sarcastically joke along with your BIG persona. I also subscribe and like other content creators. The difference is you keep it real brother. We can all learn from your discipline and ability to persevere!💪🏾

    I like the way this channel is going. Car talks, mad science experiments with pullups and trap bar deadlifts every day/other day and occasional music videos like Seranading the dog
