I love that Alex states that Paw Paw and he leave guns and clothes everywhere, drunkenly crash boats but they would DEFINITELY only park a golf cart a certain way. So absurd.

The level of detail & description about parking the golf cart & how the family was to go about doing that was ridiculous. But he couldn't remember his last words with his wife or son. Couldn't remember what he all did on the most tragic night of his life.
An innocent victim would have the events of that night burned into their brain & be haunted by it. Why they survived & his wife & son didn't.
What a bunch of BS. Murdaugh is a piece of work faking vagueness & forgetfulness. But it's hard to keep all the little details of a lie straight. Especially if a person has to tell a lie filled story over & over. Conversely, the truth should flow easily. Wasn't much truth to Alex's tale.
Very good cross examination & patience Mr. Waters had.

Creighton waters was the one who kept the cross examination going an going lol. He always says " We are gonna get to that" he went through every nook and cranny and tried to drive home the most Important parts. I feel he couldve did without all the fraudulent talk he literally went through every person who got money stolen from them . I mean this was a murder case and I think we all agree he had motivation with all those people he stole from really we all know the him lying about being at the kennels literally 3 minutes before they think they were murdered said it all right there nothing more really had to be said cause how would he know when to lie about being there if noone was supposed to know when they died not even him? That's why he was convicted because once he lied about that in the very beginning in the truck noone was supposed to know there time of death not even him but Paul Snapchat closed the case . It was a wrap for him after that.

      Very impressive.
There were a few spots where some of the related crimes had been sort of off limits up to that point in the trial but then the defense did something which created an opportunity and the prosecution jumped on it. One was when the defense was questioning Maggie’s sister and the roadside shooting came up. The defense questioning opened the door just a little bit and the prosecutor jumped on it immediately

He’s such a liar. His eyes are scary looking, they are just dark, empty, blank pits. His son Paul’s brain had to be bagged and transported/examined separate from (and obviously out) of his body, the gruesome nature of how that looked that even I can’t think about it too long because it’s just so heinous to imagine. However, after “finding” both his wife Maggie and one of their sons shot dead in a blood bath, seeing his son in that way, yet afterwards he even has the ability to talk to detectives in a car with no shock, sadness, blood, devastation, uncontrollably emotions, he’s sitting there talking about sunflower seeds being planted but more bothersome is he had the mind and ability to lie, after what he witnessed. His mind shouldn’t be on overdrive but for himself, concocting stories and blatant lies. I’d be catatonic. They’d have to bring me out in a bag with them because I’d truly be done for (if godforbid.) Yet he’s sitting there blank, and it’s not a in shock blank because he was very much talking and answering questions, engaging with the other three in the car and wasn’t in shock to right away try and throw the boat accident up. That’s calculated. That was rehearsed. That was not shock. It was all self serving and he didn’t give a damn about finding justice but instead (and like most murders/family annihilators) don't tell/retell but instead sell, and it’s almost always for their own benefit.
Two life sentences is justice yeah however he still has the gift of life, waking up and living regardless where he does it.
Why do family annihilators mess up by getting their evil selves in some kind of trouble or bind and always make their families pay the price-the ultimate price-with their lives? Anthony Todt did this. Watts and Peterson wanted out with “the old and in with the new,” obviously this filthy roach, Coleman, just to name a few (which is still a few too many.) Why not just have it be them who take a permanent nap? These are rhetorical questions because there’s simply no justification for their crimes and to try and search or find some rationale is impossible-there is none.
Well done to the prosecution and Dr. Kinsey was remarkable.

He just got greedy started trying steal all of it . All lawyers steall from people. all lawyers lies including prosecutor ,judges . that why you suppose to be open minded be able to fan out both lawyers bull s . Lies judges. almost always go long with prosecutor lines bs lies . Just like this murder trial should of been not focus on stealing money lies . But Bec prosecutor getting away with lying to jury. Bec judge letting them . Like the fact they didn't even seal off crime scene release it in 24 hrs then wanted to search mom dad house what 3 months later are f kidding me . These juror didnt do good job being open minded go through evidence the fact police screw whole crime scene up their no way they search 1,400 acre in 24 hrs . The cops that should of stood back that think it ok to contained the whole crime scene . Lying about Maggie blood being on the gun if it easy could of transfer from cops sloppy crime scene work . that even juror didnt even caught they clearly wasn't able to fan out bs verse actual evidence. They are only focused on lying not actual evidence . Far as Alex can't remember detail . Listen to them cops when they are on stand lying they can't recall when it comes to answering detail ? On the contained scene like fact first cop after checking on victim which they dead so they should of blocked it off until investigator got their not bunch of want be . This guy telling juror that gun in their murder weapon even through bullet didn't even match they at same time telling juror Alex got rid weapon you go by time line he didn't have enough time . Only reason these lying cops prosecutor didn't search mom dad house until month later so they could lie to junior say Alex got rid of it he had lot of time . Lies people .this murder was set up by someone cops seem like on propose made sure crime scene wasn't contain made sure Alex only the one they ever look at . These same investigator that investigated the boat wreck . Sounds like all set up . People foolish if they don't think prosecutor don't lie fooling them self.

It just further proves his guilt in my opinion. We know Bubba was out because he had a chicken, and at least one other dog I think. We know that all of the dogs were put in before the murders, and Paul was killed in the feed room. He was probably getting food to feed the dogs, that he and his father just put away. This made him sound more convincing in his presentation and for people listening to him it made everything more convincing because they could identify many things which were clearly true.

I think having him testify was part desperation and part arrogance believing he was such a bs artist that he could get up there and sell the revised story.
