If anyone ever wonders “what’s an alpha male” it’s this guy. Self assured, Respectable, calm but firm, confident, intelligent, strong moral character, ethical. Pretty much the exact opposite of Alex Murdaugh

Can’t get enough of him. “no one gives me direction” (you’d a thought I was at a football game the way I “roared” when he said that). @timchilders3535 Рік тому +23

@@garypuckettmuse You're incorrect. Mark Tinsley actually talked about his cancer and having his chemo treatment in Florida, during this very testimony, in this video. He discusses it beginning at 30:10 to 30:40. A big aspect of being a juror, is to listen carefully to witnesses testimonies on the witness stand, and pay close attention, so as to be able to make good decisions, after considering all the facts. John Tiller, who was the attorney representing Progressive in the boat crash case, and also a good friend of Mr. Tinsley also had cancer during this trial, Pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately he died from it, before the case could be settled. Mark Tinsley's cancer has responded to chemo treatment very well, and he is doing pretty good now. So, actually, if you are ever on a jury, be sure and pay a little better attention, and know the facts, and try to make a good decision, instead of making totally untrue statements while admonishing the public, of being uninformed. You got that backwards this time.

The same greed that stole millions from his clients - including the Satterfield family, the housekeeper that lost her life while at their residence, a dispicable act. A lawyer's salary is at the high end, there is also old money, then the stolen money. The Murdaugh's will never be left starving. If Alex didn't get himself into all of these messes, he would still be drawing a salary too. I initially thought he was just an ambulance chaser, however he turned out to be a very caring person and really wanted the best for my kids. Of course, the bigger the settlement, the bigger his fee, but he would have got nothing if they lost the case. I think that Alec killed his son Paul because he could not afford to pay out the settlement funds to the beach family, he probably thought if Paul was dead the pressure would be taken off. And he killed his wife because she was ‘allegedly’ considering divorcing him, something Alec Murdaugh could NOT afford, but also his wife had a $5 million estate which Alec could liquidate and pay back some of these financial haemorrhage’s. Buster on the other hand was not costing Alec anything… he had a degree and a promising future, so no need to kill him. And Buster could carry on the family line with his future children, so long as he’s not gay! The upshot, Alec could not afford Paul’s mistake and Maggie’s inevitable divorce when she found out about the financial mess they were in, and she had $5million that Alec or Buster would inherit. Much much much needed money!

Not intimidated by the Murdaugh corruption & Alex 's bogus " standing " in the community & state! Mr. Tinsley you are true to the values that most Americans hold your profession to! Thank you. The state of S.C. should look at all the people that Alex Murdaugh & those that helped him commit these crimes. Nobody is above the law. Alex felt he was entitled to power, money, lots of money,& did not have to abide by the law like the rest of American citizens. SHAME on you ALEX. Hope you love your time in jail & I feel his commissary privileges should be revoked as he was screwing the law & system by having John Marvin's wife Lizzy put money in an account of another inmate so he could access that money also!! Alex felt he deserves more that the rest of the public so I hope the jury can see his sinister actions & give him what he deserves. Life in prison.
