It is truly amazing how much the trail saver takes that abuse. I have a 40 foot fifth wheel with a curt hitch and a standard king pin. I can't imagine how much better your ride is with the Kelderman air suspension and that trail saver.
We are very happy with the ride we get with the Trailer Saver and the Kelderman combo. I find myself smiling at times when I look in the mirror and see the 5th wheel front sort of doing the floating motion.
Dave and Diane, it is great to see videos of comparable equipment to what we have purchased and will be receiving in the next month. We now have some knowledge of both our vehicle, hitch and coach. Thanks for the great videos? Tom and Corinne
Question for ya, it’s my understanding that the 5k pin rating is with just the 2 front airbags. Adding the third bag that sits centered and slightly behind the other two bags is what gets you up to the 7.5k pin rating!!! You have all three bags. 👍🏼 Nice video and thanks.
Hello Dave, I just watched this video on your Trailer Saver hitch. Could you include what maintenance you do on this hitch if you you do an update video on a heavier pin weight? I would appreciate hearing and seeing what you do for the hitch. Thank you.
Question if you know the answer. What is the chucking like between the BD and TS versions of these hitches? I am possibly looking into an Airsafe as well. Just curious to the geometry of these hitches and Chucking. if you do not know about the BD what do you think about the chucking with the TS series
I personally have not had the BD but I have had other hitches with lighter rigs and the Trailer Saver is light-years smoother. I'M Running with 5320lbs tounge weight.
Thanks for watching, we hope you enjoyed it. Don't forget to hit that thumbs up and consider subscribing if you haven't already.
That's incredible. With the articulation of that hitch and the fully independent suspension, you should have many miles of safe travel.
It really does help provide a very smooth ride going down the road thats for sure. Thanks for popping in Scott.
Some days are better than others. Denis from Santa Rosa CA
Yes they are LOL!!!

Hey that's great!!! I know you will enjoy the new coach!! We might bump into you at NH, we will be rolling back in for our "we owe" stuff soon.
We have the same hitch and a truck from Classy Chassis also! love it
Very cool!! Yup, it's a great combo.
That’s a monster hitch! Looks like it smooths out the ride quite a bit. Congrats on the new trailer.
Thanks, and yes, that hitch certainly works for our heavy rig.
That is a serious set-up friend, glad your happy with it, looked smooth to us 🥰🥰
Thanks, it sure does the job so far.
Looking good Mr Kersey
Thank you sir!!!
Interesting and informative video, thanks for sharing👍Mark & Coral
You are certainly welcome. Thanks for watching and the comment as always.

Nice video and thanks.
You are correct!! It is a monster and a workhorse.
On our 16000 lb 39 foot gulf stream fifth wheel i put an air pin box. It was an air borne
Very nice. The air rides are very nice.
You have that right

I'd like to have seen video from inside the cab especially before and after. I'm looking at one of these (BD3 or 5).
I had the camera monted on the rear window inside the cab.
Hey,
Do you have a video showing how your camera setup works for your trailer?
No I don't but that's would be a good topic!! Thanks for the idea.
Thanks for sharing

that’s a bad as hitch.
Thanks for stopping in and subscribing!! And glad you enjoyed it.
Why do you have 2 plugs into the trailer not just a 7 way?
Are you talking about the two up front, they are for the camera system.
