I am so grateful for this video. I have kidneys that are getting small. I checked Google it says that poor blood supply on the kidneys caused it. I feel hopeful and blessed ..i feel this longevity walk will help rejuvenate my kidneys not just the whole body.
I love longevity walking! It’s my favorite meditation especially when I’m focusing on my purpose or intention, it makes me feel like I’m moving forward, towards getting healthier! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your helpful and loving, enjoyable assistance in bringing me to moving more and beginning to help myself. 🤗🌺 Bless your sweet heart ❤️
I was about to stop bc I was having a good bit of discomfort in my hip but then you mentioned hips and I released a good bit of the pain through breath :)
Thank you...thank you...thank you...your meridian exercises is awesome...it's really good for improving my super happy healthy ❤ ✌️✌️✌️😍 thank you so much...❤
Just done your longevity walk, Linda. I feel so exhilarated. I have recently been diagnosed with a high cholesterol level and am really working on bringing it down. Quick question.. Do you have any online exercises to help with this?
I loved this. I greatly respect Eastern health practices and use much of that in classes. If I used western terminology for the Yong Chun point, would I just say it is the nerve ending for the Kidneys? I like to give or learn both of the references. Wonder if there are any classes near where I live. I will check. Thank you.
Confused. Do we do this on the mat? If not, what is the trick to feel the point since walking shoes would have a thick bottom and may not be possible to press through that point? Very helpful, btw. Thanks for sharing.
Hello ES, very good question! Yes it's best if you can practice this barefoot or with socks where you will have a minimal barrier between your foot and the ground so you can feel the stimulation well on your YongChun. I recommend doing it on a mat on the floor with your socks on so it doesn't hurt your feet when you walk continuously. The most important part is that you keep your mind focused on your YongChun as you walk and you can feel stimulation there.
Do you have anything that will help with hair loss due to hypothyroidism? I was watching your brain tapping video and I wondered if that would also stimulate the hair follicals.

Hello ! Thanks for your content...
Please what can you advice me to cure tinnitus ? I've been struggling 😩 almost a year because of it

Can't keep eyes closed during walk. Feel off balance when walking like that. Did feel lots of heat.
You are an amazing teacher, what is your name?
Hello Lorraine, my name is Linda 🙂
😊
Someone should create some SHOES with a special "Half-Ball" inside that penetrates this YongChun point.
😂 great idea!
@@BrainEducationTV Thanks! LOL.
