I am facing same problem. If i do formet this way, can i recover my all data by EasyUS software?
Actually i took important picture by canon camera. After that when i put sd card on laptop then showing you need formet this before use!!! Even not format done. Windows was unable to formet showing!!!

I ran the second step, where I clicked on Tools>Check and it fund errors. I clicked Repair and after Scanning and Repairing, it said No errors were found. But then I click Close, and get We have found errors, to prevent data loss repair the drive.
It just goes around and around.....

Yeah... i'm just going to declare the HDD I was trying to format ain't working anymore.
-I let it format overnight
-Came back to the error
-Tried all these, they wouldn't even load
-there's a partition on it that still works, but that's not the part I was trying to format, and the partition where the format failed just won't do anything. Disk Management, diskpart, CHKDSK won't even load.

On the cmd step, I typed "format fs=exFAT quick" as exFAT is listed under the FS column. I got the error message "The parameter is incorrect". I don't know what that means.
