Hi, please help me. Following the process, when I got to "create partition primary" I couldn't go any further. It says: No usable extent could be found. What should I do?
2:33, I typed in clean and got a response that the disk was successfully cleaned. After typing "create partition primary" I didn't get a response at all, almost as if it expects me to enter something else after that. However, the bigger issue is that even after cleaning the disk, the disk is still not cleaned or formatted. I have data on it which is accessible and works fine, but it won't work in my GoPro anymore. No way to format it.
Error in cleaning. I can see files on one mcsd card. And I can delete all files except 3.(each show 0 in size) But when I remove the card and reinsert, all of the files are back. I've tried on 3 pcs, with the same results.

When I typed in "format fs=fat32" I got the following error message: "DiskPart has encountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified. See the System Event Log for more information." How can I get this flashdrive formatted? (I previously had one or more Linux files on it.)

I dont know how to repair my raw flash drive ,cant format ,cmd dont work ,disk recovery dont work ,disk management dont work. I just need to format my 128gb of storage ,is anyone knows ,yeah full format
If it's an sd card and cant be formatted and it's not write protected, it means it reached the end of life and the card controller set it to read only to avoid data loss
Reading the comments, below, I noticed there are ZERO successes with these solutions. I just lost time. Hopefully, my laptop will not have further errors.

Did not work. It still asks me to format it; then "Windows was unable...". It's a unending circle.

Tried for 3rd time, now with ALL CAPS: FS=FAT32. Again, the error message about the incorrect parameter pops. It's 3 out of 3 failed attempts. Help!
This only works if the disk is already formatted. If you got an error trying to format an unformatted disk, this tool will not work

Try it into capital only the FS=FAT32

Useless - if Windows can't format the drive nothing you suggested will work as the drive is RAW and not viewable by anything windows produces
