Fixing USB Flash Drive Unable to format via CMD
Commands USED
1. DISKPART
2. LIST DISK
3. SELECT DISK #
4. list partition
5. SELECT PARTITION #
* IF no partition selected Type CLEAN and then create partition primary
6. DELETE PARTITION OVERRIDE

The New Simple Volume Wizard repeatedly assigned a drive letter that does not exist.
