For the scorpion, you can use the support of the wall to give you some assistance with balancing. Secondly, focus on the forearms and shoulders, keep the shoulders as much away from the ears as possible. For pigeon, firstly the hips should be square and grounded, not raised. Keep the hands as much back as possible towards the hips and arch maximum. These two steps are essential before trying to bend the back leg and attempting the full posture. Hope this is helpful.
