It makes me so sad that a lot of people do not know how to deal/train with dogs. I adopted my Dobie at 1.5 and the previous owner had no idea what he was doing with a dog like this. It took a lot of work to get her out of her fearful states but 2 years later and she is doing amazing.

Can I ask please what the yellow collar is ? I have been using a thin slip lead on my Xl and trying to get her a bit calmer, she has missed out on a lot of stuff, she seems confident just very competitive with my 2 other dogs. It's not easy on the hands so i think a setup like yours would work better. Thx

It’s a slip collar that I made myself. You can find slip collars like it on Etsy or eBay though 😉
