- Review and information about the Nomad wheels from Teraflex. Still very happy with adding these to our Jeep, the Rock Rash Ring protects the outer wheel surface and is easily replaced, to the knurled beat seat keeps your tires locked on the wheel at low pressure and the rapid air deflate valve makes dropping air pressure a simple operation... these wheels are built strong for wheeling and look great!

Super nice! Would you recommend painting or powder coating the wheels? I wanna make mine body color match
I powder coated my wheels at a local shop, but I would be very cautious about it. There are a lot of threaded holes in the Nomads, my powder coater was pretty careless, they ended up ruining 3 of my wheels and had to replace them. It took 4 months! Mine look good from a distance, but up close you can see flaws in the work. Choose your powder coater wisely.
What offset/backspacing are you running? And roughly how much tire is out passed the fenders?
These have 4.75" Back Spacing on a 8.5" wide wheel... they stick out past the flare about 2.5-3" at the outside of the tire. Hope that helps!
