She’s brilliant. Blunt and straight to the point which people don’t like.
Honestly probably a top ten player of all time. Would have a good chance of winning any season she is on. Extremely boring to watch play tho.
Don't necessarily hate that aspect about her, it's just that the way she comes off by being like that is soooooo boring.

Aside from her brilliant awareness and vast intelligence retaining, Sophie had such a drastic change both physically and emotionally between the two seasons. Here she's blunt and very serious. She's sassy and snarky but we hardly see a smile from her. The edit definitely shaped her to be a snarky but blunt person. Meanwhile, cut to Winners At War and automatically she rocks the white hair look as opposed to her brown hair. Secondly, Sophie's a little more awkward but is also more bubbly and happy and has this really adorable presence to her. She's matured since she last played and she's able to be more social and is no where near as blunt as she was before. She still has her snarky side too which makes it all the better.
She definitely proved herself in WaW and was a frontrunner for most of the season. She solidified herself as a great winner because of this.
She's amazing! She's never voted incorrectly aside from her elimination (obviously)

Sophie is one of the very few winners that recognized that you don’t have to make a big move in order to win. She was kinda the normal girl of the Coach cult and knew how to stand out amongst those in her alliance without being the head of it
I love the look Sophie gives Whitney as she calls Sophie the most condescending person she’s ever met. It’s clear Sophie knew in that moment that she was correct all along and that Whitney WAS indeed a complete waste of space and breathe.

Brandon seems like a really empathetic person in a lot of ways. He seems to be keen on when someone is feeling vulnerable and hurting. And thinks of them even when a million dollars is at stake... Hope he's found stability and peace in his life and is doing well now.

I think Sophie became unpleasant at times because she played with a group of nutters. But, I am happy she redeemed herself at Winners st Wars. She could have easily won had Tony not cut her. Sarah did say that in hindsight, Tony saved both Tony and Sarah when he voted her out.
Sophie is actually a good winner, she just got edit screwed hard in favor of coach/ozzy.

coach did. he ran the game as weird as it is. obviously he lost because of jury management but you might be surprised that several jurors have said they would have voted for him to win for playing the best game had he not kept up his shtick at final tribal. i don't think many people remember this as sophies season even though she deserved the win!

I absolutely HATED Sophie in South Pacific, and these confessionals really reminded me why. She's honestly so much more fun to watch in Winners at War, and I absolutely love Sophie now

She had some really nice confessionals. That being said, notice that this montage is almost nothing but confessionals. She didn't make one move until it was down to the Upolu five.
From the sound of her confessionals, she knew what she needed to do to win. Even before it became individual, she was doing what was best for her so that she would have the best way to win in the end.

If I could go on survivor and play a good enough game where all I had to do was give confessionals and win, I would do that 100% of the time (Sophie did a lot more than that anyway contrary to your belief)
She didn’t need to make a move though, every time Albert tried to flip the game Sophie got him to stop and then took Albert and Coach who weren’t respected for their way of playing.

When I first watched this season, I was extremely pissed that she won and coach didnt, but after another watch, and seeing how terrible coach was with the religion cult, Sophie deserved it

she deserves her win, but looking through her journey in her season, as well as stacking up to the other people who won this game, she is correct in saying she's a low tier winner

So I guess I’ll kick the hornets nest. Coach should have won… Sophie won three individual immunity idols but was never really in control ; I just watched this season these past three days. Coach had an iron grip on this contest and pretty much got robbed. Cochran said it best that he deserved to win as he successfully used religion to manipulate sheep. I hate sour grape jurys and Brandon’s inability to play the game… that weirdo wasted a whole survivor slot. Rick is an idiot… Sophie literally told Rick if he’s not gonna vote for Ozzy then you don’t deserve to be here to his face. Anywho on to Caramoan
