I've never been certain of his guilt and I don't think anyone should be but I've always leaned towards him being guilty. I doubt his guilt more and more each day.

      @kell_checks_in Місяць тому

Wrong. Forget the markings and the striations and all of it. The fact is, they found a bullet that is the same caliber and brand as ammunition found in Ellen's home. It is ammunition that fits a gun he owns. That enough is to add to the case against him. No, it is not enough to convict, but it certainly does not exonerate him either. And, there are mountains of other bits of evidence against him.

That is the only evidence they have. This is what police said made them think he was guilty. Oh wait… and the “he backs his car in when he parks.” Comment from LE. This is nuts. Almost half of all wrongful convictions are the result of tool mark matching and that's with a spent bullet, and many have been overturned since.
It's one of the reasons Maryland supreme court has now limited it use in murder trials
and it's why a judge in Chicago completely banned it's use in a murder trial.
And this was an unspent bullet!!!
which is even more difficult near impossible to determine, so much so that most decent investigators would determine it as useless.
The FBI actually stopped using this controversial technique back in 2005 because it's subjective and junk science.
And then there's the "confessions" just how low can one go to use the words of a severely mentally ill person who was experiencing psychosis against them.
The state might be comfortable to call those "confessions" but those who care about human rights and fair justice are not comfortable with that.
To call the words of a man who was suffering from psychosis and under extreme conditions in solidarity confinement a confession is beyond desperate,
    It's completely unethical!!

In the video Libby took one of the girls yells gun although they didn’t release that part of the video to the public. Richard admitted to being at the trail around the times the girls were killed. A witness identified him being covered in mud shortly after the crime would’ve been committed.
Also there was a photo of him on his wife’s Facebook that’s she since deleted of him wearing the exact blue jacket. He would have to be the worlds unluckiest man to have a bullet found between the bodies. So much evidence here is circumstantial and I do believe he was involved and is bridge guy but there’s no way he did this alone.

She did cycle it through. The results were inconclusive so she manipulated the bullet by firing it to make it match. And even then the defense tried to point out to the jury that they still didn't match visibly. So Gull ordered that the jury can't look at or consider the bullet photos from the testimony. Imagine hearing that as a jury and wondering why the judge would hide that from you. It's wild.

@@MAYHEMx82 you understand the criminal court system in America has to prove guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt”?
Lack of evidence has to mean lack of guilt to preserve the rights of the innocent.
Whether Allen is guilty or not can’t be said at this time.
The ISP investigator making threats of death penalty if convicted, Allen’s statements about the damage being to his life done by the search warrants making him guilty by public opinion, and his declining mental health while in custody all point to Allen’s just wanting to die.

I am sure Allen is the culprit. What a scumbag. Why Allen? This case should be closed.

There no evidence to prove he’s the culprit tho!

@@medicicardSomething very disturbing that I just learned is that blood was running UP one of the girls faces. This would suggest that she was hanging upside down at some point. That sounds like it was done by somebody who typically strings up game animals. Somebody who is a hunter. I believe at least 3-5 people were involved. There is eyewitness testimony from someone on the bridge who said they saw a group of people below the bridge near sunset on the day it happened.
