Dry Needling Tennis Elbow

- I have been very fortunate to stay relatively injury free in my career.
After the 2023 Carry Optics Nationals I had some leg injuries that lasted for almost 6 months and nothing seemed to fix it.
On a recommendation from my friend Greg,I decided to try dry needling from Marissa the owner of Redemption PT.
After 3 sessions my leg injuries were gone.
A year later the infamous Tennis elbow decided to show up so I knew exactly who to go see.
After my first session the pain had gone down 50 to 75 percent and I only noticed it after long sessions on the range/ dryfire.
I figured I would share my experience with Marissa so some of you could get back on track with your training.
Please reach out to Marissa for your PT needs as well as she is also my trainer and does online programming for your fitness needs.

I heard about this, but never saw it in practice, interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Tom, I have this in both arms, stopped me from dryfiring last year. Once you started this, were you able to dryfiring and shooting same day or days later?
@@silverAlphashooter The next day you are very sore but can definitely use it the next day but the day after it’s significantly better.
I have done 2 sessions and it’s almost complete gone and have been shooting the entire time.
@@TCSA Did she give you the exercises to start doing? Going to set up appt. tomorrow, the pain sure takes the fun out of dryfire
did this end up helping much?
@@GunBrosShooting my arm is almost a 100 %.
I need 1 more session and it will be back to normal.
I think you should go to a real Doctor in Medicine. Maybe make an appointment with a Physiatrist.
@@Gabierama well I hate to tell you that it worked so I guess I did.
@@TCSA good, all it matters is that you get better to kick some asses out in the range 🔥. Btw I saw a video of you as part of the super squad in limited optic in uspsa utube channel.
@@Gabierama yes I was.
