    I can't co ordinate my hands with my jump
    Any tip?
    I can do the footworks without a rope but once i get rope in my hands, my footwork goes off and i mess up

      What kind of rope are you using? You may benefit from a rope with more weight to it like a 6mm PVC rope. This will provide better feedback for timing and rhythm.
      Focus on mastering the basic two foot jump and alternate leg first, then move into other skills after you've built a good foundation of the basics and good form.
