Lower face you use 18cc bacterio static water per one vial sculptra? Have you ever used Aesthefill?
Just did Aesthefill on myself. So far it's been 3 days very minimal swelling I love the results. I know I'll probably need another bottle. Honestly my skin is excellent so I just used it for skin tightening and I dilute it with 12 c C's total

29:11 concentrations are always changing based on area/ muscle/ bone and skin quality.

Thanks, Doc. I was concerned that anything after 72 hours is considered too long and the mixture should be discarded.That is what some doctors have commented on different websites. Ideally, what would you think is an optimal amount of time?
+Brian I use 3-7 days. Sculptra is a product that one should get good training on as it is injected in different depths and concentrations. The newer dilutions and application is much different from the on label indications.

Hi. Thanks for the video. How many days after sculptra is mixed would you trust its efficacy?
+Brian If one uses preserved sterile water, typically up to 1 month is what you will hear. There is no study for this that I know but in general clinics use this as a guide. After 3 days of room temperature if one wanted to refrigerate it, this is also possible. Then allow it to warm it prior to use. Most clinics with some patient volume will use it once it is mixed and available as opposed to sending the patient home and having them return after 3 days of mixing.

You want sterile water for injection. Do not use saline as it does not dissolve well. You can also use bacteriostatic sterile water if you like

gege jaday this will differ among injectors. This is the art of sculptra. Depending on skin texture/ thickness and location 9:1 to 18:1 .
gege jaday 1cc lido to 8 water. Very little lido is needed and this minimizes nerve palsy.
