Desiree the risks are there but likely one takes more daily risks otherwise. Very few oculoplastics inject. Find a skilled provider and take risks only if they suit you. Do you know the percentage risks?

Myrna Hadi prawira this is impossible. The consult is key. Possibilities/ options/ expectations. Choose patients carefully. Some need surgery. Some need nothing.

Hi dr rajani, I do exilis for face and eyes. I have a thin face. If I only want tightening, should doctor just keep it at a low setting of 60 instead of 90?
It really is based on tissue heating. I use plasmaSculpt for thin faces and tightening. Collagen building/ full face/ slight volume and cost effective

I always watch your videos with a mix of fascination and frustration. Hardly any of the procedures you discuss in them are available where I live (The Netherlands) and they probably won't be for some time. They are very conservative here and also extremely regulated. Some providers are still waiting for a license to perform PRP treatments even though those are already outdated now. I will have to stick with laser treatments, a very strict skincare routine and drooling over the list of options your clients have.

Something I've been thinking about for the fine lines and the downward tilt. (I may have always had it-but not noticed due to full cheeks [?]) RF is a bit scary.
Even as younger individual taking care of my skin, starting at 16ish..(now 42) I was never & still not wearing the sunglasses. I guess squinting was always quicker 😬

Marika Tarver yes... get a great evaluation. Many are doing free consults right now. Prf under eye or plasmaEyes come to mind. Topicals will not suffice for many after 35-40 yrs of age.
