We went from mods that are just model swaps to this, pretty soon the Generations modding community will make an entire game.
Unleashed project is pretty much that lol
It's definitely up there with the Skyrim modding community when it comes to cool creations. Over a decade later and they're still cooking.
I'm hoping the SM64 mod can be used to make a proper crossover
theres a guy here that made the attacks from sonic unleashed in to the game and is still working on it

Only imagine a mod that puts "adventurized" Levels with each stage on the game like rooftoop run or sky sanctuary

This feels like an alternate timeline where they were able to get a hold of Ryan Drummond and implement Dreamcast Sonic.
That's more of a fantasy world. Because there wasn't going to be a Dreamcast Sonic. That's a myth created from Ryan originally auditioning for Sonic in 2010 and getting the role, but not going through with it because he'd have to leave his union.
@@Kuzamer Thank God, it's bad enough we have Classic Sonic being nosy in Forces, we don't need 2 nearly identical Sonics in a game. At least one could tell Classic and Modern apart

Imagine if this was what an actual sonic adventure remake/remaster looked like.
and their all the same sonic just at different times & have different gameplay ECT.
Generations being the best modding community once again.
We had to really mess with Hedgehog Engine 1 to be able to do this at all.
Sometimes I feel like this fandom doesn't deserve the Sonic Modding Community.

I like the Classic Emerald Coast mod because it's really detailed, you can see what's underwater and how the ground goes deeper and it had Station Square on the background
SEGA and Sonic Team had a BRILLIANT idea letting the Sonic fan community prepare homemade meals such
as this one.
@@GerachotheTVGod I once tried to make a Station Square hub world uniting all the parts of Station Square, adding a few more streets that connect the main area to where Knuckles looks for the emerald fragments, the hotel with the restaurant on the roof (the battle with Chaos 2), Emerald Coast, Twinkle Park and a highway that leads to the city of Speed Highway, but I ran out of time on Google SketchUp and couldn't finished it xD
Sonic adventure is easily my favorite sonic gane ever so seeing it in this level of quality is a literal dream come true😭 i cant wait until school is over so i can play this!!

we can probably say goodbye to modern sonic stage maps for a while. Feel like most of them are probably going to go for the goldrush on this. and I don't blame them bring it on!
I find it really clever that the Classic Sonic was used here. Considering the story boards for the original Sonic Adventure had him instead of The Adventure Sonic Model we all know and love.
Ain’t gonna lie, Sonic Gens is now Sonic Maker of the Sonic Franchise, and Sonic Frontiers might jus be the Sonic Maker 2. But just imagine… Sonic Adventure remade in Gens, that would be radical

This is the remake of the saturn version of sonic adventure that we've never got😂
For some reason I can now imagine a Generations esc game with the Rush and Adventure gameplay styles.

Sonic Modding Community. are the true fan and this is what sonic been missing for years sonic levels doesn't look this crystal clear and blue sky and blue water colorful looking anymore even frontiers although it is a good game sonic now and day have this dark more less colorful real world like approach, I miss this type of levels with mysteriousness behind it

This has honest to god Sonic Adventure 3 energy.
Emerald coast as an open level would be amazing, like there's like small island you can get to by like springs and qte's
Now just need Ray tracing,lens flare, motion blur, a mod dynamic on trees, foliage needs to move with wind, particle effects for dust, water splash droplets and dynamic noise on water when interacting with objects. More improvements can be made o.o

Idk man Sonic still looks like he has slightly tanky movement compared to smooth butter adventure controls, also spindash, if it's not buffed in it's speed it AIN'T ADVENTURE 1 FORMULA 🗣️.
Seriously half the fun came from how broken fast spindash was and second half of fun came from tight and open level design that benefited from busted spindash. Some crazy speedrun cuts can't be made without broken spindash(like speed highway building cut in the beginning of the level)
