Thank you for that challenging yet balancing kundalini practice. I must say, as an earthly woman not yet fully awakend, I find myself extremely envious of your beauty. I know it's ego. I think its important to acknowledge these things, to speak them and admit to them so that they can be overcome. I myself have been the object of envy and it can make people ( women in particular) nasty, bitter, cruel. I'm sure you've experienced some of this in your life. Beauty is a gift but I think in a mostly unconscious world, can also bring sufferring. Thank you for your bravery and for sharing your practice. Namaste. 🙏
Everything that is a gift on the superficial level can also be a curse depending how one experiences it. I was abused a lot in my life for how I looked. No need to be envious of anyone as we are ALL equal embodiments of the Divine and uniquely beautiful. And as Osho said: you are already enlightened pretending you aren’t. - you are full awakened and radiant my love you only have to remember this truth ❤️
I definitely fell energy in the base of my spine and also a goosebump feeling to go with it as we are raising our hands up and bending at the knees

Thank you so much for your videos! I absolutely LOVED this one! Some of the kundalini yoga videos spend too long per exercise... And the problem with this is I stop enjoying it and therefore don't feel resistance to practicing the video again. This one was PERFECT! I feel lovely. It was within my reach. Love from Spain.
Vikawesome Each Kundalini Kriya is designed in a specific way by Yogi Bhajan, and many actually hold positions for longer. That is kind of the essence of Kundalini, to also go long into meditations and postures to produce certain effects. And the idea is to go through the uncomfortable and resolve resistance you feel. That’s actually one of the main philosophies underneath it. Just wanted to explain why you might feel some parts are too long and you don’t like it. this was lovely. May i ask what breathing is preferred for this sequence? In the nose out the mouth? or just nose breathing? Guidance on the would be helpful. The kundalini yoga i have done recently focuses on certain breathing and so knowing this in these videos would be helpful.

I liked the practice but please give a 3,2,1 warning or something. Since my eyes are closed by the time you started narrating the next part you were already in a position and I always felt a few seconds behind
Kundalini yoga has absolutely no connection with Sikhism or any Mantras, Satnam is a Gurmukhi shabad taken from Guru Granth Sahib, Yogi Bhajan has done such a disservice to the public by distorting the truth. Yoga is a form of exercise, which is beneficial for health, but does not lead one to a spiritual/mystic journey.
