I was so tired ten minutes in, almost decided to be compassionate and flexible and be like hey, it's okay, you've done something at least! But I was really curious about the rest, so I followed along at my pace. And I liked it and feel so energized now! Having friends over and I really feel like I'm going to be spreading a(n over)load of positive energy and good vibes! I really loved this, thank you!! - Everyday since two weeks I start my day with you, I truly feel blessed to have you, and -finally- able to tap into appreciating yoga (as I've wanted to for so long but the frustration (and "so much going on" for an excuse) always made me give up)!

Hi Brett, I love your videos and have been doing your yoga tutorials for years (I followed you on another account and then refollowed you with this one). Lately, I've lost my connection to yoga due to an injury and was wondering if you had some advice. In November, I had an accident and tore the ligaments in my right ankle. It was incredibly painful and I still have trouble with it today. The worst part of it is that I've lost flexibility in that ankle. I can't get my heel to touch the ground in downdog. My other leg, the uninjured one, is absolutely fine and does whatever I need it to. I've been to a doctor already, but nothing is helping. It seems I just cannot regain any flexibility in my ankle. Do you have any recommendations? Hope you have a great day!
Injuries are tough! Cultivate patience and be extra gentle with yourself. Lots of seated practices and Yoga Nidra… I have many here on UA-cam. Sending healing love 🙏
