    Nice recipes! I'm loving your videos, definitly gonna try the sandwiches this week. Would love to see a video of how you use your insta pot for indian cooking, as I am a newbie at using it. Also love your makeup : )

      Thank you so much! 😊 I actually don't use instant pot too often, except when cooking lentils. I've found that the taste just doesn't quite match what my palette is used to with traditional methods. But I'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind for future content. 💖

      I use store bought hummus because I don’t have the appropriate blender to make it at home. Sorry!

    Can swap potato with sweet potato. Can also use sprouts. Thdnks for sharing these videos, super helpful

      Thanks! I would not recommend swapping potatoes with sweet potatoes or sprouts for the chaat recipe. 🙂

    10g is not high protein. The carb and maybe even fat are higher than protein in that sandwich

      Thanks! The sandwich is meant to be balanced with 10g of protein, fat and carbs as a vegan option. The next four recipes, which include dairy, each have almost 25g of protein or more. I hope you find those options more to your liking!
