Ah , it s so usual in France to have toilet and sink separated. We have the habit to go to the bathroom after, but you are right , It s better to have a sink and wash hand before touching doors
Muy bonito el departamento, me gustó la decoración, ofrece calma, paz, aunque París es vida, ruido, alegría, buena comida, etc etc magnífica ubicación y maravillosa vista parisina, lo único es que hay una sola toilette!! baños con duchas siii pero los 2 cuartos comparten el mismo toilette y por consiguiente cualquier visita que llegue y, además después de ir al baño hay que lavarse las manos, tendrá que entrar de todas maneras a cualquiera de las 2 recamaras a hacerlo.
@@ninailia8552 mostly in countrys with lesser landmass. This way two or three people can multitask ( while one is showering the other is in the toilet). NorthAmerica is completely different because the amount of Landmass they have therefore 3000sq ft now falls into medium size homes.

What did you expect for a full furnished rental apartment? lol They have to attract the most amount of people. That means neutral and modern decor that can be moved to different apartments, They can't furnish and decorate to your exact ta and let you keep everything for free, lol.

love that the gorgeous the apartment, the bigger the twist, like, a beautiful bedroom, elegantly decorated and then boom ,there's a washer next to the bed; or a very well organizated kitchen, spacious and luminous and, BAM, the toilet is right next the stove...never fails :)

it's a beautiful flat (the little faucet on the balcony is such a thoughtful detail of the old architects), and it has many beautiful features. I like the little secretary/desk in the small bedroom very much - it's great. but one thing strikes me as not entirely thought through: the small bedroom has the bed right in front of the door, which may be convenient for a drankard, but overall it's a terrible position for the bed, or rather for the person who sleeps there, it doesn't give a vibe of safety and calm at all.
nicely done but I don't understand why the French would not put a sink in the toilet room... that's quite unsanitary. after doing your business, you reach for the door (without washing the hands) and go wash your hands elsewhere... Illogic isn't it?😷
The appartment is amazing but I would prefer if there was a little sink in the toilet it's will be more cleaner and in the second room instead of the two sinks one replaced with a toilet so it be a master room 💕💕💕
Then it would be an American style apartment and not a French one. I lived in France for 1yr and many of the places I lived didn’t have a sink in the toilet room. This apartment is quiet westernized to begin with.

But France is a whole different way of living. 95% of every apartment or if you live outside of Paris a house, they are so insanely old, cold, damp and there is zero cozy comfort really going on. The amount of money that was sunk to make this place look like this I bet is nuts! Beautifully done but definitely not the norm in France. Also this apartment is huge for Paris. So rare to see. Ppl covet them and pass them down generation after generation as well. This will cost a fortune to rent. But man it would be amazing to live in.

@@valeriehilen2875 my boyfriend is from Vannes and we lived in Montpellier for a little over 1yr and lived in multiple apartments and yes all of them were cold and damp during the cooler and cold months. Compared to living in Canada where all the homes are insulated and the windows are double paned and the heating is pumped all through the house and not just an electric rad on the side of the wall. I am not speaking about all of France. I am going on what my boyfriend tells me about where he lived, going to ppl homes, my in laws and where we lived. So I am going on my experiences.

La seule chose qui me plaît dans cet appartement, ce sont les WC séparés. Ainsi, il n'y a pas d'effluves dans la salle de bain ( ce que semblent regretter les personnes originaires des USA)

@@MichelleVisageOnlyFans The first thing that popped up was: They have a dryer for laundry you may put in the mittle of any room and hang your clothes, but where the fuck could you do that in this flat? XD The kitchen also seemed very small, the large table may be too much. I'd prefere more "kitchen" and storage then table. But at least it looks as only ment for vaccation, so you wouldn't need a whole house inside that.
also, one toilet (or how Lodgis kindly explained the obvious to the civilised - W.C) for the entire apartment! two bedrooms, two shower rooms, but ONE toilet. Wow, don't want to imagine mornings for those unlucky souls living there...
I don't know in which country you live but in Paris, even in France, in a 2 bedrooms flat it's normal to have only one toilet. And not all the toilet have their own sink, after using it you just go to the bathroom and wash your hands. In plenty of other countries it's same, there is nothing shocking about that. And believe me the flat is quite big for Paris.
Franchement, l'idée ne vous a jamais effleuré de faire la poussière sur la porte d'entrée, qui n'a, à l'évidence, pas été faite depuis un semestre au moins (voir 0:08) ? Même dans ma cave il n'y en a pas autant !
Bel appart mais deux points noirs selon moi : l'absence de lavabo aux toilettes et la place perdue pour la seconde salle de bain. Il me semble que pour un appartement à 2 chambres une seule salle de bain + 1 wc séparé (avec lavabo...) est suffisante. En Suisse c'est très rare de trouver deux salles de bains dans un appartement qui ne compte que deux chambres.

It’s approximately 700 sq ft. Mine is the same size and 2700 euros a month, a very good deal for my location.

It’s not unusual for Europe. People would use the sink in the bathroom to wash their hands. Usually the bathroom is located next to the toilet though.
It’s quite common in France that you only have a toilet in a room. You then have to go to the other bathroom to wash your hands. Nothing special :)

La décoration est vraiment très jolie et quelle belle vue ! Le jour où je gagne au loto, ma première dépense, un appartement à Paris. A Marseille, on a aussi des beaux immeubles comme chez vous 😉😘
La seule chose qui me plaît dans cet appartement, ce sont les WC séparés. Ainsi, il n'y a pas d'effluves dans la salle de bain ( ce que semblent regretter les personnes originaires des USA)

Forget room for breathing, where do I store all my crap??? And I don't own that much to begin with... Even when living minimalistically, you still have relatively lot of stuff you need to put somewhere.
@@MichelleVisageOnlyFans The first thing that popped up was: They have a dryer for laundry you may put in the mittle of any room and hang your clothes, but where the fuck could you do that in this flat? XD The kitchen also seemed very small, the large table may be too much. I'd prefere more "kitchen" and storage then table.
But at least it looks as only ment for vaccation, so you wouldn't need a whole house inside that.
also, one toilet (or how Lodgis kindly explained the obvious to the civilised - W.C) for the entire apartment! two bedrooms, two shower rooms, but ONE toilet. Wow, don't want to imagine mornings for those unlucky souls living there...
For Paris... Believe me it's huge!
I don't know in which country you live but in Paris, even in France, in a 2 bedrooms flat it's normal to have only one toilet. And not all the toilet have their own sink, after using it you just go to the bathroom and wash your hands. In plenty of other countries it's same, there is nothing shocking about that. And believe me the flat is quite big for Paris.

Franchement, l'idée ne vous a jamais effleuré de faire la poussière sur la porte d'entrée, qui n'a, à l'évidence, pas été faite depuis un semestre au moins (voir 0:08) ? Même dans ma cave il n'y en a pas autant !

Bel appart mais deux points noirs selon moi : l'absence de lavabo aux toilettes et la place perdue pour la seconde salle de bain.
Il me semble que pour un appartement à 2 chambres une seule salle de bain + 1 wc séparé (avec lavabo...) est suffisante.
En Suisse c'est très rare de trouver deux salles de bains dans un appartement qui ne compte que deux chambres.
